Worst experience I ever had going to a dentist. Went to get a tooth fixed. He ended up pulling two teeth. Had to put in a 2 tooth bridge. Filed down two good teeth to put it on. After a month of waiting for the healing and then the bridge, it had to be sent to another facility to make. Found out the measurements were wrong. Off came the temporary bridge and more filing on the two teeth. It was horrific. Bridge installed. Didn’t match my bottom tooth. Now it is worn away. Plus the teeth are super sensitive. Probably need a root canal which he did not do. So he said I could go to a Barrie dentist and pay them to do it. Then I was sick with chest colds for three months after having all this dental work done. I would never go back. 😬

Can highly recommend the Midland Bay Dental team. Have been there for several years now and the new location is great.

Moved back to the area, and decided to try this dentist based on their google reviews. This Dentist was very arrogant and far from welcoming!! Any questions I asked was met with a smug response. The receptionists were friendly, but unfortunately, that’s where the kindness ended. I left feeling very uneasy about the work I was to have done. Decided to seek care elsewhere. Best decision ever!!

We appreciate everyone at MBD sooo much. The whole team is incredible. They’re accommodating, friendly, personable and flexible. I would recommend them to anyone, especially those with families who aren’t always comfortable at the dentist!

I was greeted and handled with care from the moment I walked in. I was taken through Exam and X-ray with precision, care and encouragement. Results and next steps were clearly explained. I have high anxiety about dental visits so I understand others who experience the same. I assure that you will be in very caring and highly experienced hands.

Midland Bay Dental was amazing. The team was so great with our children and made them feel comfortable throughout the visit. Everything felt very professional, welcoming, and well organized. We had a really positive experience and would definitely recommend them to other families.

As always no complaints from me. Quick, courtioius and invoice sent to email., so you don't loose the paper to submit to benefits .Reception even sent script to Pharmacy, so I wouldn't have to wait. Great service from everyone, Thanks and I will try not to be a stranger...

I recently switched from the dentist office I have gone to for my entire life to Midland Bay Dental. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get in for my first appointment and also how soon my second one was booked for as I have always expected to wait for months for something to become available at my last dentists office. You can tell everyone here genuinely enjoys their jobs as it shines through during every interaction they have with you and how they interact with each other. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and able to easily answer every question I had for her upon arrival for my appointment. Sherry was very friendly during my x-rays and cleaning and made any nerves I had heading into my appointment dissipate almost immediately. Dr Sidhu was able to quickly come up with a plan for my dental care moving forward and he was able to communicate it to me in a way that was easy for me to understand and seemed like he genuinely cared. I did not get the name of the assistant who did more x-rays for me but she was hilarious and made sure I was nice and comfortable during the x-ray as I'm sure that huge machine could scare some people heading into it. Every single employee I have had the pleasure to meet so far was extremely kind, funny and personable. As someone who actually enjoyed trips to the dentist as a kid, this was the first time in my adult life that I got to experience that feeling again. I look forward to my future appointments with them!
