This practice is fine but has some serious efficiency problems and the staff do not seem to care much about their patients. Largest issue for me was when a bill was sent to me and it was impossible to pay it - they don't have an online billing system so the only other way is to pay over the phone (or mail a check...but do people still have checks? I don't). I tried calling about 5-6 times to get in touch with Cindy to pay a bill over the phone (it seems she is not often in the office, and despite leaving messages with the other staff she never called me back). They also do not offer financing options for higher cost treatments, and when I inquired about this the person who responded to me (they didn't identify themselves on the phone) made me feel like I was crazy for asking such a thing. Afterwards, I immediately called a different dental office who was much easier to work with and clearly answered questions I have. The location is much more convenient to me anyways. While the dentists may be fine at Millenium, it's going to save me a big piece of mind by going elsewhere.

I’m over 40 years old, have had a lot of dental work throughout life, and Dr Yazigi is by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. Kind, professional, thorough, and incredibly skilled at what he does. He always explains everything he is doing in detail and you can tell he truly enjoys not only his craft, but patient care as well. His assistant Ina always takes good care of me, as well at Cindy at the front desk. I’m honestly just so grateful for him and his whole team! Thank you!!

Dr. Perry and Cindy were great. Very kind and friendly. The office also had very good availability, didn't have to schedule an appointment weeks in advance, they were able to see me quickly.

I had been a patient at Millennium Dental for quite some time, but I recently decided to leave the practice. I was previously treated by Dr. Yazigi and felt comfortable with his work. He explained things clearly, was a good dentist, and never pressured me into treatments I wasn’t confident about. Appointments frequently ran late, sometimes I waited more than 45 minutes in the treatment room and even a checkup or simple filling could take a couple of hours because he worked with several patients at once. Still, I trusted him, so I accepted the long waits. In recent years, additional dentists joined the practice, and I was told that Dr. Yazigi now only sees patients who need implant work. Although I repeatedly asked to continue seeing him, I was eventually directed to another dentist for my annual exam. At first, I was told Dr. Yazigi could still perform any necessary dental work, but after the exam, I was told I could only see the new dentist. I scheduled an appointment but later decided to cancel it. The person answered the phone told me I could not cancel and had to come in, which I found shocking. My recent interactions with the staff who answered the phone have also been consistently rude. I don’t know whether these decisions are being made by the staff or reflect new policies at the practice, but I no longer feel comfortable receiving care there. During my exam, the new dentist told me I needed multiple crowns. I sought a second opinion from another practice and ultimately completed all the necessary work with fillings instead. Based on my recent experience, I can no longer recommend this practice. I left feeling that more expensive treatments were being encouraged instead of focusing on what was best for me as a patient.

Dr. Yazigi andteam offered me the best dental experience I have had in well over 10 years. Upon entering the building, I was welcomed by Cindy, Rafael and the amazing front desk staff. After filling out pre-patient forms I was quickly taken back from my cleaning and consultation. Teresa was fantastic and warm, but not overly chatty. She took the time to give hands-on tutorial of the proper way of how to floss, crazy that I had made it to being an adult without ever being shown the proper way by hygienists in the past. Before Dr. Yagizi entered I was admittedly nervous, not because of him, but because of some negative experiences with other dentist that I had gotten consultations from in the past. I had been quoted upwards of $50,000 and a full mouth reconstruction previously but Dr. Yagizi immediately offered an alternative solution that made much more sense both financially and way less invasive. His knowledge about his specialty is extremely apparent, meshed with his extremely welcoming demeanor and personality he is unquestionably the best fit for the work I need. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for Proffitt work, dental cleanings, or anything in between!

It was a long time since my last dentist appointment. Cleaning was very thorough. It was simple and easy to get scheduled and find the location. Hygienist and Dr. Fu were very nice and thorough explaining current status and plan for consistent upkeep and gum health.

Excellent experience with Dr. Fu for an emergency filling. Dr. Fu is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable and skilled -- I would recommend her to anyone. The assistants and reception staff including Rafael were likewise very friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient at MileniuM Dental for almost 5 years. My experiences are always great even if I arrive in an anxious state.. Greetings from Cindy are always welcoming 😊. Her friendly and kind personality is exactly what you want to experience from anyone in customer service (thank you Cindy for always being so kind). Dr. Yazigi is very patient centric “he cares what you think’ and I appreciate that he values my option (thank you Dr. Yazigi). The location of this place was good. But I had a male dentist called Dr. Perry and I did not feel comfortable with him. He would say strangely weird things that seemed borderline inappropriate & microaggressive. Some people need to be DEI trained. The place was clean etc, but i will not be going back :(
