The staff, assistants and dentists here are friendly and approachable. They carry conversations and make patients feel at ease. There is a TV in each room for patients to watch during the cleaning process. Dr. Michelle did a great job removing cavity and placing the filling in. The filling matched my bite on first attempt. It's a challenge to find a doctor in each field, and I'm glad I've made the change to Mint Dental Care in Sunnyvale over the past years.

Most people dread dental appointments. Jerika somehow makes you look forward to them. The reason I keep coming back to Mint Dental is Jerika. She has become the difference-maker for me and honestly sets the bar for what a great dental experience should feel like. From the moment you sit in the chair, she makes you feel like you're her only patient. She's warm, funny, personable, and incredibly gentle. If dental appointments usually stress you out, Jerika has a way of completely changing that experience. I never thought I'd say this about a dental cleaning, but she somehow makes it enjoyable. Mint Dental has a great team, but every office has that one person who sets it apart. For me, that's Jerika.

I first picked them because of their easy online sign up form and their modern tech. They have done a fantastic job, the staff is friendly and make sure you’re comfortable. I didn’t know you’re supposed to go to the dentist as an adult so my gums were in terrible shape. After deep cleanings and following their care suggestions my teeth have been great for years now.

I highly recommend this clean and modern dental office in Sunnyvale. My first visit for regular cleaning and checkup was perfect. Very nice front waiting area with plenty of refrigerated water bottles. Staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. Office is quite new (2019) so all dental equipment are very modern (3D x-ray). Office and dental equipment are very well maintained, clean, and tidy. Got my dental exam and cleaning completed within an hour with Dr Andrew. They are in-network with my dental insurance is a plus.

I’ve initially came here for an hygiene appointment and booked a follow up to fix one of my fillings. Dr. Andrew was very professional and did a great job. I opted to get a crown on tooth #19 (I think). I’ve always been on the more curious side and I was glad Dr. Andrew was able to share step by step all the things that he did. He showed me all the pictures and the 3D scans. I’ve been to other dentists but I haven’t been given this much detail about the operation before. I’m happy with the result. I’d visit here again. Also, I’d like to note I had billing issues with the reception and/or the finance department of this practice. I am with Delta Dental for insurance, and I couldn’t get details from the practice for some time until I had to escalate to Dr. Michelle. The dispute was resolved approximately 2.5 months after my appointment so there was some back and forth. However it was all sorted in the end.

I can highly recommend this practice to any one. I brought my elderly father today for his 3rd visit and he now refuses to go to any other practice 😀 All the staff from Reception, Assistants to Drs are so professional and treats you with grate care and love. As a mom who has been worrying about my 3-year-old’s first dental visit for over a year, I couldn't be more grateful for Dr. Nguyen. My daughter was so scared this morning, but Dr. Nguyen turned it into such a fun and positive experience! She was incredibly patient, explaining every procedure and even letting her touch the tools to build trust. The Netflix screen above the chair was a brilliant touch to keep her distracted. Dr. Nguyen truly understands that a child's first dental cleaning needs to be a happy one to avoid lifelong dental anxiety. Highly recommend her to any parents in the area!

I’ve been a patient at Mint Dental since 2020 and have never had a bad experience. All hygienists are super friendly, professional, and thorough when it comes to standard cleanings. I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Andrew and they do a great job of building a dental experience that I actually look forward to opposed to dread. I also find it very rare in my experience to have cleanings by the dentists themselves but have felt lucky that both Dr. Andrew and Dr. Michelle will take the time to do standard cleanings and chat. They both truly care about their patients and I feel truly lucky to have stumbled upon their practice. 12/10 experience.
