Had a great experience. Aaliya and Lubna welcomed me with big smiles and made everything super easy. Sonia took care of my X-rays, tests, and cleaning — she was gentle, friendly, and explained everything as she went, which I really appreciated. Got to chat with Dr. Sinan, who was really helpful and answered all my questions. And of course, shoutout to the lovely manager Francesca, who kept everything running smoothly. Overall, awesome team, super comfortable vibe, and honestly one of the best dental visits I’ve had. Highly recommend! 🦷

To be honest, I usually dread the dentist, but Dr. Al-Hashimi and the team actually make it bearable. The vibe is super cozy—not sterile like some other clinics—and they even offered me earbuds during my filling, which was a nice touch. The only minor headache was the billing; I came in for a quick emergency fix and the final cost was a little different than what we discussed in the chair. Just make sure you get the quote in writing first. Otherwise, great spot.

Just wanted to provide our feedback for Mississauga Valley Dental Centre. Our visit from first been greeted to our experience with Dr. Nawfal Al-Hashimi has been exceptional. Staff is kind, office is clean, and dentists explained ever detail and our three children had a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend, and keep up the great work.

I trusted this clinic to handle my case responsibly, but the experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I have been waiting over 2.5 months for insurance approval. Each time I called, I was given a different excuse. The clinic claimed they were waiting for my dentist to send charting, but when I spoke to my dentist, they confirmed that no one from this clinic ever reached out or requested anything. When I asked why no one informed me that documents were missing, I was told, “We don’t call patients, we don’t have time.” So I was left waiting for months for absolutely nothing, while they did zero follow-up on their side. Because of their neglect, my condition became worse and I developed a severe infection, forcing me to take multiple rounds of antibiotics. Instead of taking accountability or even showing basic empathy, I was told that if I was in pain I should just pay out of pocket, even though I am eligible under the CDCP government program. Their attitude was basically: “That’s not our problem. Just wait. And if you’re in pain, pay yourself.” Ten days later, they suddenly changed their explanation again and claimed they were waiting for CDCP. When I asked to see the doctor again, they cancelled my appointment and refused to let me see him — even though I was paying for my consultation. The staff speaks to patients in a dismissive, rude, and unprofessional way, with no accountability and no respect. It genuinely felt like patients are an inconvenience to them rather than people in need of care. This clinic is disorganized, unprofessional, and does not value patient wellbeing at all. I do not recommend it to anyone.
