Like many people, particularly of my age, I am not fond of dental appointments, however, the care provided by Dr Druhna Mehta has enabled me to attend the surgery for a series of treatments in support of my dental health over the past few years that I simply would not have considered before. As a patient I feel ‘heard’ even when no anxiety has been expressed. I also feel fully informed about what is needed and why, with costs clearly outlined ahead of the treatment. The clinical setting and attention to detail by everyone at the practice makes me feel reassured about my safety as a patient.

My experiences here are always good! when I first moved to the area I needed quite a lot of work done but my dentist (Dr Mayur Bokhiria) never shamed me the way dentists have in the past, the focus is always on how to improve going forward and the necessary work to make my teeth as good as they can be. Finding a dentist that's kind as well as efficient makes something that I used to dread much less scary. I have already recommended MM Dental Care to my family and would recommend to anyone who asks in the future.

I visited MM Dental Care because I didn't have a regular dentist and was experiencing tooth pain. The team signed me up quickly and arranged an appointment for the very next day. They were extremely accommodating throughout the process. I was treated by Aleena, who was excellent. She took the time to explain all the available treatment options clearly and professionally. Following the consultation, I returned the next day for a tooth extraction, which was handled with great care. Fantastic dentist and a great experience overall. I'm very pleased to have found such a high-quality practice so close to home. Highly recommended.

Update... The practice has since been in touch with me to try and resolved this issue, which i thought was a decent thing to do... but for me personally it comes a little to late. I left this practice after being overcharged. I was already a patient there before it was taken on by this family (around 1993/4 i believe), the father was such a lovely caring man, a great dentist. When he retired and his daughter took over it became money orientated practice! I attened every 6 mths. In between appointment s needed a filling, got an appointment with the lady i always saw and she said it would be £70 When I got to the desk they charged £96. After questioning it I was told £70 was the filling and £26 was the check up. I argued that as a NHS patient on a band 2 the filling price includes the check up.. they said I had to get the filling on NHS but charged private for the check up as there were no NHS appointments left for that day. After many emails back and forth they would not back down. The daughter has altered what was a great practice into a money making rip off place. And.. After speaking to others, I'm not the only one disappointed.

From start to finish the service at this dentist has been brillaint. I came here originally to start my Invisalign journey and I couldn’t fault anything. I needed an old broken tooth removed before whitening my teeth and was made at ease throughout the removal that I was dreading. I have now finished my Invisalign, had whitening and then composite bonding today and I’m over the moon. Jigar is very thorough and made sure everything was perfect with my new teeth & I couldn’t fault him. He is extremely knowledgeable and talented in all aspects and I couldn’t reccomend him anymore. All staff on reception are very friendly and helpful aswell. Thanks again for my new smile 😃
