The most comfortable dental office I've ever been to. They make me feel alright about my less than beautiful teeth. More importantly, I've never had a bad time with the numbing shots there, and they clearly tell me every single time how to let them know if anything is hurting during every procedure. I still don't like going to the dentist, but this office has made the whole thing much better!
Professional, Efficient, Affordable, CLEAN!, Caring, Welcoming, & MODERN! I can’t say enough good things about this dental office. They take such good care of you and they explain things really well and offer a variety solutions Custom Tailored to your needs!!! They take a conservative approach and don’t just try to go for the maximum treatment plan. Definitely more patient focused and Not financially driven and IT SHOWS! Shelby was my hygienist and although I’ve had some great hygienist in the past- she Tops them all!! Dr. Carissa Greinel-Blum took great care of me during my exam and let me know what was needed, what we can just keep on eye on and Lex gave me all the info I needed upfront! I especially liked this new 3-D imaging scan that takes like 3 seconds and builds a digital image of your teeth. It was so cool to look at and could show the “pressure points” I may be experiencing. I’m definitely going back to Modern Dental of the East Valley for all my dental care needs! Plus you get a great patient goodies, not everything shown here.
Every staff member is so kind and makes you feel at home! They explain everything in as much detail as you would like. They are the best experience I have ever had at a dental office!
The staff are very caring and thorough. The treatment is often more than I can afford but their genuine concern for me overrides the monetary impact. The explanations they share are in depth and clear. Even when I’m struggling with treatment they are patient with me.
Modern Dental of the East Valley is hands down the best dental office I’ve been to. The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and professional. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, and I’ve always felt listened to and cared for during every visit. I especially appreciate their patience—they take the time to explain procedures and answer questions without ever making you feel rushed. On top of that, the quality of their work is excellent. I’m so grateful to have found a dental team I can really trust. Highly recommend!
