Modern Periodontics

All went smoothly and was a great experience!

I had a tooth's removed and bone graft put in. It took a little over an hour, but it seemed like 5 minutes because I was put under. Today is the day after and I’ve had minimal swelling and almost non-existent pain. I took an ibuprofen a few hours after the surgery in anticipation, but I haven’t taken one since. The wife and I even went out for lunch today. The periodontist was awesome and the dental assistants were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been with Modern Periodontics for maybe two years now, and they have done a great job.

I am very pleased with the services I received from Modern Periodontics. Dr Pasieta and his staff made extraction of one of my teeth as painless as possible. They were very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in terms that I could understand. This was helpful as I was apprehensive about having a tooth pulled but everything went great and I walked away a happy camper.

Amazing service to get you in the door .... I was confident in doctors abilities. However, you need staff willing to listen to the patient and contact the insurance company. Not just send them the insurance company the information that was already denied. You have to contact them see specifically what they want from YOU .... Don't have me call and do the job you are being paid for. I tried to kindly explain to office rep and office rep was speaking over me.... I have extensive work needed and if one procedure is this much effort I surely dont want to go through this conversation again. The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Don't just send the same thing to the insurance company do the footwork you are being paid thousands for the extra effort.

Everyone was so nice and very helpful. Dr. Pasieta listened to my concerns as I have special needs and made my tooth extracting as smooth as possible. I highly recommend Modern Periodontics and Dr. Pasieta. For the Doctor to give you his personal cellphone number so you can call him with any questions or concerns is very rare now a days and I appreciated that very much.

I was a nervous about the procedure however, everything was explained again and I felt more relaxed and confident. Dr Kuznia is a great dental surgeon! This was my second procedure performed by her and everything went extremely well . I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone. Kudos also to her staff and thank you Ms Loretta!!

Showed up twenty minutes early for my appointment and the door is locked with the blinds drawn. No answer when I knocked and no answer when I called the number on Google maps or the number on the building. I received an appointment reminder of the time this morning, but no email with more details so I could double check the address. It is very frustrating to add more stress to a stressful appointment that I'll have to do a second time. Editing to add that they scheduled me at a location an hour away from my house and not the Southside location I requested on their online portal
