I highly recommend modern Periodontics! They have been fabulous with the work they've done for me.
Please protect yourself and stay far away from this practice, or at the very least, make sure your insurance is 100% in-network before stepping foot inside. I assumed they were in-network because my referring doctor was, and it has turned into an ongoing nightmare. Tread lightly giving these people your money. The billing manager, Kristina, is completely incompetent. These procedures took place all the way back in January, and it is now mid-October and still entirely unresolved. She tries to blame Delta Dental for the billing issue, although I have been with them for almost 10 years and have never once had a problem like this. It normally takes her 6 to 8 weeks just to cash checks and apply regular payments, but when she messes up a claim on her end, it turns into a whole bunch of uncooperative stonewalling. The office staff are unhelpful and completely dodge communication. I have been forced to file a formal consumer complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services twice now for two entirely different claims just to deal with her billing errors and try to get my money back. Save yourself the immense stress and go somewhere else. Advice to the owners of this company: Hire people that actually know what they are doing. Clearly, you just hire anyone, and your staff's lack of competence is reflecting poorly on your entire business and driving patients away. This doesn't just adhere to this office location either. What a disaster all around.

Exceptional experience at Modern Periodontics!! Dr Kuznia and her staff were warm and friendly and treated us like part of their family. They took great care of my daughter. She is excited about returning for her ongoing visits because of the great care they gave her on her first visit. Thank you for making her feel at home and taking good care of her.
