Oh my goodness. I want the name of the Dentist I had yesterday. My mouth was numb and was not Shaved down enough. Even with the mouth guard. He chisled it down perfectly and I didn't wake up this morning with a sore jaw or gum area. It's been months of that. Thank you so much for being attentive to my needs and resolving my issue

My hygienist was awesome and truly professional.

This is definitely my absolute favorite place to go for teeth cleaning for my family!!! They work with you and ensure you leave with a clean and healthy oral hygiene.

I had a routine cleaning today, and Tish was my hygienist. She was great! She was very attentive and very concerned about my comfort and continually let me know what she would be doing next. I really appreciated her attention and thoughtfulness.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Ervin’s for years. He is one of the most patient and thorough dentists I’ve ever had. I really appreciate that he takes the time to make sure everything is done right, and that I’m comfortable and happy with the result. I have also noticed that everyone in the office, from dental assistants to the front desk, are always professional and friendly. But it’s more than that - there’s a confident, positive atmosphere throughout, which helps to put you at ease.

Norma the XRAY tech was so sweet and caring. Tish was amazing. Dr. Ervin was kind and warm. I did not realize that a new patient visit did not include cleaning in the visit. Ms. Vee was kind enough to squeeze me in and because I took time off from work this was SO appreciated. I was forced to leave my amazing long time dentist (Patrick McCabe) due to a change in insurance and was very nervous about a new place, but this was an unexpectedly pleasant experience! So glad I enjoy my new dental office!

I had an appointment scheduled this Friday for a root canal, but Jerry was able to get me in sooner yesterday to take care of it, which I really appreciated. Dr. Alvarez did my root canal and the entire process from start to finish was excellent. The staff was professional, kind, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Everything was explained clearly and the procedure went very smoothly. I’m very grateful for how quickly they were able to help me and for the great care I received. Highly recommend this office.

I had a bad experience at a different Monarch location. I came here and Dr Ervin was so warm and welcoming! He’s a fantastic dentist who was easy to speak to. But my hygienist, Vee, was even better! She was very honest about the condition of my teeth and gums but was willing to help! She is very very thorough and isn’t scared of challenges. I would 100% recommend her, and Dr Ervin!

I cannot thank Amanda enough for such an amazing experience today. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with such a warm and welcoming presence. After my cleaning and doctor visit, I had so many questions about fillings, ortho, and different payment plan options — and Amanda patiently answered every single one with such kindness and grace. I even had to call the office afterward to confirm something my dental insurance told me, and she immediately knew exactly what I was referring to and helped clarify and translate everything for me. She stayed calm, positive, and truly made me feel at ease. I left feeling so happy and confident about my care. She genuinely made my day. Thank you, Amanda, for going above and beyond!

I am a 100% Disabled Veteran with 2 Autistic Children. We have been to this clinic twice. The first time we had plenty of time and wasn't bothered by their tardiness of over 30 min. The second time was completely different. Not only were they over 30 minutes late, but were rude as well. My wife asked how much longer twice. They responded with 5 minutes twice. She asked again and they said there was an emergency and they didn't know how long it would be? They offered no rescheduling and no help, as a matter a fact the lady at the desk was obviously put out by this. So today they lost 2 customers. Any veteran using this facility better pack your patients, and they have absolutely no respect for your time and offer no apologies for it. I do no think I am special, and pretty tolerate most of the time, but if you don't want to do your job FIND ANOTHER ONE, and thank God you only had to deal with my wife, because she was nice about it!! We have other appointments due to our disabilities, and left since it was already 0930 and her appointment was at 9. The other appointment 0930 was cancelled as well. After looking over your reviews it seem like either you at one time had a good staff "October 2025", but i didn't recognize the woman on the front desk on their website. So i have said all i can its your choice if you want to deal with them or not. God Bless

I have an appointment scheduled, make arrangements for childcare, drive all the way over just to find the office closed!! If I could give zero stars, I would. What kind of inconsiderate office would close/cancel on patients without informing them. This is ridiculous. Save your time and money, don’t come here!!
