Clean, so friendly, no wait time and best part of it all I felt no pain while work was performed. They were so informative and helpful. Love this place!!!

I scheduled my appointment online and was given a 2:00 PM appointment. When I arrived, I was told it had been canceled because the office had tried to call me. Unfortunately, I never received an email or text notification, and my phone sometimes has sound issues. A written notification would have prevented me from making an unnecessary trip. I hope Monarch Dental improves its communication with patients regarding appointment changes.

My wife set up appointments for both of us to have our teeth cleaned at least 1 month ahead. When we get to the appointments, we're informed that they cannot do complete exams, x-rays and cleaning for both of us at that time. We live over an hour from Midland so needless to say that was VERY INCONVENIENT! Why weren't we notified ahead of time. Now I have to reschedule my appointment at a later time. Poor service in my opinion.

It's was my first time going to the dentist for an extraction, and it was excellent with service. The doctor and staff are very professional, courteous, and friendly... Keep being you, and doing what you do. God Bless, the pleasure was all mine!!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked an appointment almost a week in advance. I am a self-contractor, and it is hard to take off during the weekdays. My appointment was at 3:00pm and the work I had that day had to be rushed. I get to my appointment at 3:00pm and as I'm speaking to one of the receptionists, she gets up and leaves. Then another receptionist starts talking to me, then tries to GASLIGHT me, saying, “We called you the dentistcalled in sick.” If they tried to call me in the morning, I would have a missed call, and they could've left a voicemail. I had nothing from them horrible service. I'm not sure what happened in the last two years when they were actually amazing. Specifically Linda Gale.

​I had a fantastic experience at Monarch Dental in Midland. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly professional and welcoming. I especially want to highlight the doctor—they had such a positive, encouraging attitude that it really put me at ease. They actually made the whole appointment feel 'cool' and supportive. It’s rare to find a dental office where you feel that kind of genuine connection. Highly recommend!

This was the worst dentist appointment I’ve ever had. Most of my appointments for years and years were great. I wasn’t acknowledged when I walked in. Everyone was on a training so I had to sit there for 30 minutes. Couldn’t get in early. They should’ve known who I was., I’ve been going to this company for six years. My cleaning went great yesterday. I do love the cleanings here or the Odessa location but then I had to wait an hour and a half for my fillings so I only ended up getting one of the two that I needed and was scheduled for-they should’ve let me know in the morning when they called me to verify my appointment that they were shorthanded, and there would be delays; if I had known that I would’ve rescheduled because I did not have time to sit around at a dentist office for so much time plus cut my vacation short. I had somebody waiting for me to take me home. It was totally ridiculous. I had to send my impatient spouse home and ask somebody else to pick me up. I was supposed to get out by 3 PM. I didn’t get out till 5:40 PM. The dentist is not a place you want to stay and spend your day! They took my blood pressure three times. I never have blood pressure issues ever, but I was upset when I got there and then upset when I had to wait so long to get my filling started it made my blood pressure go up apparently, and then the BP machine didn’t work on my wrist. Had to do it again, on my other arm with a different machine. That one was a little better, but my blood pressure’s never been that high before and I don’t take blood pressure medicine, I’ve never had to. I don’t know if it was because I hadn’t eaten since 8:30 in the morning only drink water and had an apple. If I find another dentist, I’m going to go there instead.

Made initial appointment which they later changed to a later date understandable the doctor was gonna be out of the office made it to actual appointment and waited for 45 mins in the chair, their equipment wasn’t working. Very annoying to wait over a month for appointment and then I get there and nothing gets done. Waste of time
