I was seen promptly with no wait time. I had specific concerns about my insurance coverage regarding X-rays, etc. They had already verified my benefits before-hand but very graciously double-checked for me quickly and kindly. X-rays and cleaning were performed effectively and with minimal discomfort. All three people I worked with were polite (Ann, ?, Dr. Jordan). My hygienist kept asking if I was doing OK, was concerned about my comfort. Overall, positive experience.
I had severe anxiety about going to a new dentist and had put it off for a long time. They were SO kind and understanding at MFP. They took time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable for my entire visit. I am no longer nervous to go back and will be keeping up with my regular visits moving forward.

They are friendly from the first staff member when you walk through the door to the last person you talk to when you leave. The hygienist was so gentle and caring. The Dentist really listens to you and is so friendly. I am usually nervous about going to the dentist but this office took all my anxiety away. I love my new smile and appreciate the experience and time you put into making it perfect. I can't thank you enough.
