to everyone looking for a professional dentist.Simmonds dental office is one of the place you should consider, staff very friendly,all procedure are explain very well,cost is affordable and service provide is above excellent,my last visit I need a permanent crown,all my dental work have been done at Simmonds dental center which I am very satisfy

I did not have the correct time for my appointment and arrived late. Dr. “Z” was able to work me into her schedule to complete restoration of two teeth. The front desk associate (don’t recall that young lady’s name either..lol 😀 young black female) was extremely understanding and worked to fit me into Dr. Z’s schedule. The Dental hygienist (can’t recall his name but he was a young black male) was very courteous, respectful and did an outstanding job prepping me for the restoration. He made sure I was comforted while I waited and checked on me from time to time as he performed other duties. I’ve always had great experiences at Mosaic Dental 2yrs Strong now!! Glad our daughter recommended Mosaic to us!!!

I am mainly writing this review because of the way Dr. Sonia Simmonds was so patient with my daughter. It’s summer time so I had to take my baby to the appointment, I was trying to get her to sit down because she wanted my attention. But the Dr. find ways to make her feel like she was participating, and, keeping her engaged. My last visit was not so pleasant so I am happy today was better. Thank you.

Okay so first and foremost. One of the best dental offices I have ever stepped in, clean, friendly staff the moment you walk in the door. Let’s be honest. The majority of privately owned offices are falling apart, ceiling tiles discolored from water, nasty restrooms. This place was the complete opposite. I was there for a root canal and crown, the entire process was very smooth. They spoke with me through the process, answered all my questions and anyone who was handling my case was always asking me if I needed anything or if I was in any pain while the root canal was being done. I also had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Simmonds who was made sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure as well making sure everyone was treating me good and happily engages with her patients in conversation, Jesse who was with me from beginning to end. I would love to give her a shoutout as well she is an excellent staff member to have and do everything you can to keep that girl. Her attentiveness was on point, she is funny, and she shows that she cares about the people in her chair. Lastly, thank you Adrianna if I’m not mistaken she was my final appointment for my teeth cleaning. She was a little more quieter but she also answered all the questions I had without a second thought. There were a few more people like the gentleman who did the root canal and another assistant forgot their names but thank you as well. 10/10 will be going here for all my future appointments as long as that building houses this practice. Thank you all that work there.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The scheduler Paige was kind enough to call me back with a sooner opening then my scheduled appointment to fit my schedule. The front desk lady was very welcoming as well. Great experience with the dentist, and the hygienist who gave me a few new tips which I was never aware of from prior dentists. The staff that took the xrays and scans were great as well and enjoyed a few laughs which made the appointment a warm experience. Definitely recommend!

Every staff member treated my husband, my son, and me with kindness, patience, and respect as new patients. Given the practice's size and its beautiful, modern appearance, I expected the fees to be higher. Instead, their pricing is reasonable and affordable. They accept most insurance plans and offer flexible payment options for out‑of‑pocket costs. My son currently has no insurance, and they immediately offered him an in‑office savings plan that provided instant discounts and reduced fees—an extremely considerate option for his budget. The “team of professionals” is truly the icing on the cake. Their warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism made the entire experience exceptional. I would refer my family and friends without hesitation. I had an outstanding experience at Mosaic Dental in Orlando. My dentist, Dr. Disla, along with the dental assistant Syndelle, were professional, thorough, and incredibly personable. Honestly, I’ve never had an experience like this at any medical office—it felt less like a routine dental visit and more like catching up with a friend who genuinely cares about your well-being. What really stood out was that this level of care extended across the entire team. From scheduling my appointment, to receiving a reminder call and a clear preview of my insurance coverage before I even arrived, to the smooth and welcoming front desk check-in—everything was truly A+. I also loved the thoughtful touches designed to make patients feel comfortable and at ease. The “menu” of comfort options to reduce anxiety was such a unique and appreciated feature. Excellent experience at Mosaic! The front office and clinical team went above and beyond to work with my very limited schedule, Piera and Drea, and I think there was another young lady that I spoke with also, to get me in for a cleaning — which truly meant a lot. Angel was gentle and warm and friendly, Gumana was informative, thorough and provided an excellent cleaning, and Dr. Mehtani has wonderful bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. I’m a tough critic, and I honestly have nothing negative to say. The office is clean, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommend, 10/10!
