Mosaic Dental - Eagan Valley

Love this clinic. Everyone is very nice and Dr. Mittelsteadt is great! He always come down the hallway whistling! His bedside manner is the best!!

I would recommend this place to anyone.

Mosaic dental always goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Ruby was gentle and considerate when she did my cleaning. Dr Middlesteadt is always upbeat and professional, a joy to work with with!

I had a bridge come off. Called for emergency appointment in later afternoon. Got in next morning with Dr Jardins. He diagnosed issue and consulted with Dr. Mittelsteadt my normal dentist Who was booked for the day. Dr. M appeared and replaced bridge. We’ll evaluate further treatment after implants on other side are “crowned”. I’m extremely satisfied with speed of treatment and future plans. Yea!!!! Molars to chew with again! Thanks for the excellent service!

Even the word Dentist gives me anxiety, so I'm very grateful that a friend referred me to Mosaic Dental! They "get" people like me who have a very difficult time at the dentist. I appreciate the friendly, helpful and highly skilled staff, and I feel cared for each time I'm there. It's been frequently lately, as they take care of a situation in "stages." In general I can't stand the dentist. I have a lot of dental trauma from some childhood accidents. That being said Dr. Des Jardins is truly amazing. Not only is he a lovely and friendly human being but he's so patient, he checks in frequently and is quick to offer more Novocaine if he senses any distress. I truly feel more comfortable with him than I have with any dentist I've ever seen. At this point I implicitly trust his judgement but that wouldn't be enough for him - he is great at explaining things so he doesn't have to rest on his laurels. As long as I'm an Eagan resident, I'm a Dr. DJ patient. 👏🏽

I was new to the MSP metro area and found this dentist that seemed to have good reviews. What was good: - Staff was friendly and explained things well - The hygienist was a temp but very thorough and pleasant - Ive met two of the dentists and seemed skilled and were friendly. What could/should improve: - They pestered me about filling out paperwork before my first visit, then made me fill it out anyway when I arrived, they blamed the computer system - I was made to wait 45 min after my scheduled appt time on my second visit before I was seen by a dentist - They recommended something called Curadent for a minor cavity I had but for some reason charged me for two teeth on one cavity, I wasn't able to get a clear explanation. - Pricing transparency could have been better, I was surprised. I'll go back, hopefully I don't continue having issues.
