Ive had really bad dental experiences in the past and avoided the dentist for awhile after losing someone- I was ashamed, and the staff here was nothing but gentle and kind with myself and my kiddos who also have dentist anxiety. I would recommend them 10x over. Thank you all at Mosaic!
Ended up here because it was one of the few accepting my current insurance. I consider going to the dentist a chore, I do not enjoy. Basically my expectations were low. I have been pleasantly surprised! My family and I have been patients for a year now. Just had my second cleaning. Love the office now. They are a no frills, efficient operation, which I appreciate. Always in and out timely and the staff is casual and competent. They coordinated my son’s emergency wisdom teeth removal and have been a godsend as he transitioned from a pediatric dentist to adulting! We lucked out with getting an exceptional hygienist for his first visit. She spent a good amount of time with him explaining how to take care of his teeth and he heard her. His teeth have never looked better!
At first I thought they were awesome and the best up until I got all my teeth removed from their surgeon and then they said it would take up to three to six months for my parcels to be made and left me with only six teeth left in my mouth and four of them are my K9 or well eye teeth now they wanna claim that they never discussed doing parcels with me Shelby the manager is a lier and so is everyone else to cover there buts I've been waiting for months with a scheduled appointment coming up in July of 2026 I was supposed to go back in to do the fittings that one desk person called me on June 15 to tell me the only person they had there to do the fittings had permanently and I was told to find another dentist to do my fittings now there saying they don't have my parcels or even my records of any parcels that was ever made up they are a joke and will NIT be recommending them to no one
Mosaic Dental is an amazing dental establishment! They have caring and knowledgeable staff, they make you feel comfortable, have great plans for payments and they do their best to make your appointment great. Highly recommend.
The whole team, including the doctor, is awesome—super friendly, supportive, and makes you feel welcome. They're really good with kids. Once, my daughter was nervous about going into the exam room, so they nicely let her sit outside and watch me. That really meant a lot. Since then, I’ve kept coming here, and every visit has been excellent. I definitely recommend this place!

Amazing schedulers, got me in next day. Dr Akim and Tracy are fabulous!! They do such a great job explaining everything and putting me to ease! It took away all my dentist fear, and allowed me to finally be OK in that chair and get my smile back!Highly recommend there team.
