We had such a positive experience today with Hemang. He treated my son, who has additional needs, and was absolutely amazing with him from start to finish. He was so patient, kind, and understanding, taking the time to make him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. I was genuinely impressed by the care, compassion, and professionalism shown. Thanks to their calm and reassuring approach, what could have been a very stressful visit went much more smoothly than we expected. We are incredibly grateful. I always had a very good experience with the hygenist over the years and always gave her 5 stars. However, I recently found out that I have a very big cavity she never noticed or mentioned, although I have been seeing her every three months in the last year. I only found out when I had an emergency appointment with a dentist and it was too late. Because of this negligence, the decay is too advanced for a filling and I need a high risk extraction now. I am very disappointed that in so many visits that cavity was never noticed and mentioned to me. I am extremly careful with my teeth as I have a lot of anxiety about the dentist and I am afraid of invasive procedures. This is an update on this review. My tooth was extracted by Dr Rushika. Due to my dental anxiety, I had been feeling quite sick for months before the procedure. She was calm and reassuring, and in 5 minutes it was out. I could not believe how quick and painless she made it!

Had to cancel an appointment because of car trouble, they booked me in for a different date which was great. But then rang me back and told me that they because I previously rearranged an appointment last year and tried to rearrange my current one, they can no longer have me as their patient. The dentist are actually really good and informative. However this has let them down, so many reviews with the same experience too. They said it is within the nhs policy that if a patient misses two appointments they can remove us from their practice - I have read the policy and this is not stated

Called at 9am as my daughter had a painful tooth and was seen and treated the same day by an emergency dentist and prescribed antibiotics. Thank you Jasmine for being so helpful. We have regular check ups and hygiene appointments and always have a great experience. Dr Bhatt is our regular dentist he is amazing.

I had an issue with one of my crowns that came loose. I want to give all of the staff at this practice a huge thank you for arranging for me to have the crown recemented at short notice. They made the process very easy and stress free. Well done guys.

Last August I had a bike accident that broke my two front teeth, rushed to hospital and the got an emergency visit with Moti in less than 2 hours, they were super caring and made me feel very calm. I have always hated going to the dentist but my dentist Jasmine Moti has made me feel incredibly cared for and safe, I now look forward to my visits as not only is Jasmine an incredible dentist but all the staff are wonderful warm and welcoming. I cannot stop recommending Moti Smile to anyone searching for a kind and support dentist.
