About Mountain View Dental Associates

Mountain View Dental Associates runs a general-dentistry practice set up for the everyday work most patients actually need in the northwest Denver area of Denver. The clinic is built around the day-to-day work — not boutique marketing — and serves adults and kids in one familiar place. The shape of the practice fits patients who want a clear conversation about what's actually needed, with treatment staged around real priorities rather than a one-shot proposal on the first visit. If you're scoping a northwest Denver dental option, this is a sensible practice to put on a short list of candidates and book a first visit with.

Service coverage spans the standard general-dentistry breadth: routine cleanings and exams, tooth-colored fillings, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, basic extractions, and gum-disease management. The practice also handles in-office whitening for a cosmetic refresh when patients need them, alongside the routine preventive work. Restorations lean conservative — composite material rather than amalgam — and most needs are kept in-house, with specialty referrals reserved for cases that genuinely call for them rather than offered up front.

If you're choosing a long-term general dentist rather than a one-off appointment, this is a practice set up for ongoing patient relationships.

Cost positioning sits in the typical Denver general-dentistry range, with most major insurance plans accepted and clear pretreatment estimates before restorative work begins. Patients searching for family dentist in Denver, dentist accepting new patients in Denver, CO, or routine dental care in Denver commonly land at neighborhood practices like this one — generalists rather than narrow specialty offices. It suits families wanting consistency over many years, patients who value predictable scheduling, and anyone who'd rather have one trusted dentist see the same teeth across decades than rotate through a corporate group practice. The northwest Denver location works for patients already running errands in this part of Denver, and parking and transit access tend to be straightforward for the surrounding blocks.

Mountain View Dental Associates on Lowell Boulevard in northwest Denver runs a general-dentistry practice covering cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and basic emergency care for adults and kids for Denver families.

Especially the front desk person Chris she was awesome. Heather did a real good job cleaning my teeth The previous information was not approved by Rich. It was not written with my input and is a very biased opinion. Except for the part about Heather. She is a very good hygienist.

I can’t say enough great things about this dental office. Both the dentists and their entire staff are consistently friendly, professional, and respectful—they truly care about you as a patient. They always take the time to listen to my concerns and address them thoughtfully. I never feel rushed, and they make sure I fully understand everything. What really stands out is how much effort they put into getting to know you personally and creating treatment plans and options that genuinely fit your needs.

I am beyond grateful for everyone at Mountain View. The entire experience has been great and really refreshing after years of going to the wrong dentists. My outlook on dentistry as a patient has completely changed for the best.

I have complete faith in the team at Mountain View Dental. Both doctors (who happen to be brothers) are experienced and attentive. I had my bite fixed with Invisalign and the whole process went smoothly and successfully. Highly recommend!

My hygienist was very nice and funny and made my whole experience comfortable as a teen who has a fear of the dentists. The dentist/doctor I saw was also very nice — was good at answering questions and keeping the atmosphere chill.

This was the best dental experience for me, maybe ever. Everyone was super sweet and personable. I felt comfortable and listened to by the dental hygienist and dentist. They were warm and patient, it’s nice being cared for where the providers do not seem rushed. I came out feeling informed and good about my teeth.

I have never been explained in so much depth about what's going on in my oral hygiene. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. So happy I decided to make an appointment here.

I wanted to share my experience at Mountain View Dental Associates because I wish someone had warned me before my visit. While the dentist himself was friendly, he was largely absent from my actual care, the hygienist appeared to be making treatment decisions independently without consulting him. During my visit, I was upsold on scaling and root planing (SRP) that two subsequent dentists have since confirmed was largely unnecessary. While I did have a couple of teeth that could have benefited from the procedure, both agreed the teeth were borderline at best and that 2-3 of the teeth could have been isolated without numbing. Despite this, the hygienist performed SRP on my entire left quadrant (upper and lower). The consequences were significant. I experienced severe soreness for over 10 days, which triggered persistent headaches throughout the recovery period. This was not a minor inconvenience, it was physical injury resulting from a procedure I should not have received. When I raised my concerns with the practice, they took no accountability whatsoever. There was no acknowledgment of the unnecessary treatment and no apology for the pain caused. If you come here, be cautious about agreeing to any additional procedures recommended by the hygienist alone. Always ask to have the dentist review and confirm the necessity of any treatment before proceeding. Unfortunately, I learned that lesson the hard way. Always get a second opinion if you feel something is off.
