I moved to Mouth Matters a few years ago after having a poor experience with my previous dentist. I used to dread appointments, had very little confidence in my teeth, and had been suffering from Trigeminal Neuralgia. NHS specialists had told me there was nothing more that could be done. From my very first appointment, Dr Gabby immediately put me at ease. She is warm, friendly, professional and genuinely cares about her patients. She carried out X-rays that identified a problem which had previously been missed. Within a few weeks, after treatment, the issue was resolved and, incredibly, I no longer suffered from the Trigeminal Neuralgia that had affected my life for so long. What really stands out about Mouth Matters is that they always take the time to find the right solution for you. Whether I've seen Dr Gabby, Dr Hussain or Dr Malik, every member of the clinical team has been kind, knowledgeable and happy to explain everything clearly. You never feel rushed, and appointments always run on time with very little waiting. All of the dental nurses are wonderful too, especially Emma, who is always so kind, reassuring and professional. The reception team are equally fantastic. Tracy is always so welcoming and friendly, making every visit a pleasant experience from the moment you walk through the door. The waiting area is comfortable and relaxing, and I also love that they have Gerty, their trained support dog, to help nervous patients. It's such a thoughtful touch and just another example of how this practice goes the extra mile. The biggest compliment I can give is that I now actually look forward to my dentist appointments rather than dreading them. That's something I never thought I'd say! I honestly can't recommend Mouth Matters enough. They have completely changed my experience of going to the dentist, and for the first time in years, I have confidence in both my smile and my dental care. If you're looking for a caring, professional dental practice that genuinely puts its patients first, look no further.

I have just visited ' Gabby ' and the fantastic team at MOUTHMATTERS in Chester , and had the most professional , expertise examination, clean and polish , and also I am starting the ' home whitening kit ' the information was incredible , about how to start this procedure , so very grateful for this practice, where I get an excellent service and a warm and friendly welcome every time I visit.

Chipped my front tooth on an olive stone! Mouth Matters fit me in the next day, and did a great job of replacing the broken bit. You could tell they new what they were doing, and the whole experience was excellent overall. I just looked in the mirror and I can't even remember which front tooth it was, it matches so perfectly! Would highly recommend.

This is certainly true of all of those who offer their gifts & talents at Mouth Matters, Chester. My wife & I have been attending MM for a few years and are very impressed by all the work done on our teeth. We have had a large variety of necessary work done & have never been disappointed. I’ve been to Mouth Matters many times and most recently for a dental implant. The team are excellent and really care about the work they do. My favorite (I’ve only been to two dentists in the UK) dentist! Professional, pain free, there’s even a furry(Gertie the resident therapy doggie) companion to ease your nerves! I never worry about my visits, and Katie my hygienist is amazing! Incredible memory, so fun to chat with, I’ll always return to Mouth Matters(I don’t even live nearby)!

Lovely dentist, the staff are all really friendly and welcoming. The dental studio is a really calm atmosphere, it's spotless and you feel instantly relaxed there. Highly recommend! Had my composite bonding done today by Dr Gabi accompanied by Emmy. They both talked me through every step and made me feel at ease and I couldn’t be more happier with my teeth. Definitely recommend.
