I had my wisdoms taken out, Dr. Muse and staff were so professional. They listen and care what you have to say. It also sounds like the staff and doctor care for each other like a family. It's not like most that try to get you in and out even though I they're fast with what they do. They made sure I understood everything and called me before to remind me what I needed to do before the surgery. They also called me after to make sure I was OK and to see if I needed anything. I kind of wish I had more teeth for them to remove or something else because the experience was so good.
Unbelievably great experience! Child had to have multiple teeth extracted. Super anxious! Dr. Muse and staff put us all at ease. The front office staff even helped us navigate the insurance gauntlet and were happy to do it. If you are in need of oral surgery, I would highly recommend this establishment!
Can't say enough about these folks. Of course the care is excellent, but the experience was so pleasant, that it makes you want to back just to visit. On a scale of 10, I give them an 11.
I would highly recommend Dr. Muse and his staff! He and all of his staff are wonderful. I am a dental hygienist and I referred my mother and my sister to Dr. Muse for implants. He placed one for each of them. They both had exceptional service and are extremely satisfied and happy. If I, any of my friends or acquaintances ever need oral surgery services I would send them no place else with complete confidence.
I can’t say enough great things about the team here. Dr. Muse was absolutely wonderful in calming my nerves. I was so nervous about my having my wisdom tooth removed because of a previous traumatic experience. I can’t thank Dr. Muse and his wonderful staff enough for making this such an easy process. He patiently listened and have me different options, and he will definitely tell you what is best for you while thoughtfully weighing the risks and benefits. I highly recommend this place for any oral surgery needs. They are so great!
I have had about 3 oral surgeries done over the last 10 years - all at the office of Dr John Muse. I would not go to any other dental surgeon. Dr Muse is the nicest & most caring man you’d ever want to meet. He puts your mind at ease, explains everything carefully to you so you understand all of the procedure. His staff is wonderful as well.
Dr Muse fit me in for an extremely painful tooth that needed to be pulled. I am a total whimp for any oral work. He and Carey set my mind at ease and were able to perform oral surgery without me feeling a thing. I highly recommend Dr. Muse and his support staff. I can't say that I have ever had a good experience with any dental work until today!
I had to have oral surgery recently and my fiancé had made my appointment for me. I was already really nervous about having the surgery but once I had my initial consultation done I felt so much better and actually looked forward to having my wisdom teeth and molar removed. All the staff and Dr. Muse were so warm, friendly, and caring. It made me feel so comfortable. I naturally have a high level of anxiety when it comes to dentist and oral surgeons but I highly recommend using Dr. Muse. You won't regret it!!!
