My Kid's Dentist & Orthodontics

Service is fine when available. Appointments cancelled across the board, and was told they would start re-scheduling in a few weeks. Going on 2 months and nothing. Website messaging feature does not work (error message when sending). Phone number just goes to a call service since office is only open 1 day per week, and I sit on hold. Will seek out a new dentist for my child.

Thank you Dr. Sarah for taking good care of my son. The Pediatric team is amazing and Brenda welcoming as you walk in. Beautiful office with a play area for the kids.

We go to another office that was closed when the wire from my daughter's braces began cutting into her cheek. Even though they were closing at 4pm on a Friday, Amy the manager said to come in so they could help my child, despite the fact that we are not their patient. I explained there was traffic and couldn't get there until around 4:20 and Amy said she didn't want my daughter in pain all weekend and they would be happy to wait. We got there at 4:30 and despite this Brenda the receptionist and Amy were friendly, kind and glad to see us. Lee and Lindsey, the dental assistants took my kid back to cut the wire and found that it wasn't just the wire, there was a spring that had come off. They spent extra time with my kid and were cheerfully joking and making my daughter laugh. Lee came out and explained what had been done, so that we could let her regular orthodontist know. I was given wax for my kid by both the front staff and the back staff. This place is incredible! It's a Friday at closing time, when a lot of people would be just trying to get out the door, but this place genuinely cares about kids. They were all so thoughtful and enthusiastic about taking care of patients, even ones that aren't theirs. I wish I had known about them before, because I would have got my kids braces there! It was a pleasure to be there. They delayed the start of their weekends to give my daughter a pain free weekend and they made both of us leave with a smile. Amazing!

They have good people who work with the kids. I would know im a patient. But great survive great happy people

They have canceled my children's appointment twice in a row. They do not even have the decency to give us notice 24 hours in advance! They obviously do not care about their patients or the patients time. Do not go here save yourself the trouble and time!
