My Pediatric Dentist - Biological and Holistic

Dr. Austin and his staff are truly top-notch! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The facility is incredibly clean, modern, and fun. They’ve really thought of everything to make visits easy and enjoyable for both parents and kids. There’s a workspace for busy parents, deliciously strong coffee, and an amazing playroom complete with a volcano slide, Nintendo Switch, and even a Jeep for the kids to play in. We couldn’t be happier with our experience!

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr.Austin and the entire team at My Pediatric Dentist. I found them through Dr.Janelle Lee with Elevate Airway ( who is amazing as well and in their office) So far I have brought 2 of my 3 kids here and the experience has been beyond amazing every time! They are inclusive of the entire family starting out with the coolest play room I have ever seen! I appreciate that they are a flouride-free office and have a conservative approach to fillings. I love that they are airway-savvy and conscious to the challenges that are present with the MTHFR gene mutation in regard to anesthesia. I am very impressed and we are so thankful we found them!

We just had the most AMAZING experience at My Pediatric Dentist that I couldn't wait to write this review! Dr. Austin is a 10/10 pediatric dentist. He was so kind and patient with my newly 3 year old. Dr. Austin took the time to get to know my son and make him laugh before sticking his fingers in my sons mouth which I appreciated and I know my little guy did too. At our last dentist my son would barely open his mouth without a fight. With Dr. Austin he was able to get photos, look at his teeth with the little mirror, AND even brush them! It was not only worth the drive and appointment time but such a success to get an actual exam done. He truly knows what he is doing with the littles!

Our first experience was incredible. The office is stunning and clean. The staff is ALL so kind, welcoming, hospitable. Doc was amazing and really made it his priority to ensure our 2.5 year old was comfortable and happy. Would highly recommend this practice if you’re looking for a pediatric dentist!!! 10/10

I’ve never been to a dentist who I felt was a 5 star, until today. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, it was the best dental experience any of us have ever had (combined 70ish years amongst the 5 of us). The office is large and will be fantastic once the new lava mountain slide is set up. Trash truck was playing on the large tv (so thankful for this low stimulus option!) and a delicious coffee machine was available for parents. During our visit we never felt rushed or like we were just another number. The exams were thoroughly explained and executed for all 3 kiddos. The team must have done some amazing training or are just that wonderful with kids! Even my more reserved child warmed up easily and was comfortable enough to sit through the polishing. This same kid cried and screamed at a previous dental office (that office was nice as well but more in an adult dental office way). Dr Austin is knowledgeable, great with kids, and easy to understand. We left feeling like we actually had a full picture of our kids’ oral health AND next steps. I can’t recommend enough! Don’t let the out of network piece deter you, it’s 100% worth any additional cost left after insurance.

Simply Amazing! I was truly impressed with the great quality and overall atmosphere of the staff. From the time you are greeted at the door, to the actual time of the procedure, everyone showed a great interest and enthusiasm in helping my son with his care. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pediatric Dental Care.
