Wow, so it's not just me, huh? I had seen Dr. Imam for just a couple years as I was newer to the area. Everything was great until it wasn't. I too had been having pain that I couldn't get seen for. I was then told that I could come in (5 weeks after my original call, mind you) but they didn't want to "over promise" and it was just an "evaluation" and there would be no treatment. They wanted to be VERY clear about that. So apparently those same day emergency appointments really ARE a lie! But SO happy to see a new patient seen close to the holidays on "short notice" for "some sensitivity". Meanwhile it looks like your existing patients can all just go take a hike. When I said this was getting unreasonable, I didn't feel this was an acceptable level of care and I wasn't interested in coming in for an "evaluation" to leave with the same pain I arrived in, could I please get a referral to someone else - left high and dry there too. Apparently Dr. Imam doesn't work with general dentists. So when he decides he's done with you because you have an actual dental problem, he's just 100% done. No care, no referral, nothing. You're just no longer his problem. In any other medical practice this is called patient abandonment, and providers have lost their licenses for it. I've had doctors close their private practice or retire and was at very least given notice. Usually a referral, but not always. However there was at least ample time to ensure continuity of care. This practice will just drop you and you won't find out until you have a need for care. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Imam because you never know when an emergency could happen and find out there's no care available, when you hadn't been notified you were no longer a patient.

Dr. Imam is an outstanding dentist—thorough, professional, and genuinely caring. He explains everything clearly and delivers high-quality dental care with precision. Jen, my dental hygienist, is detailed, and makes cleanings comfortable while providing great oral health guidance. Highly recommend Dr. Imam and Jen for expert, trustworthy dental care.

Can't recommend MIDD highly enough. The quality of care is outstanding and it’s clear that they operate at a level above the rest. Their treatments feel truly niche and tailored nothing is rushed or generic, and the attention to detail is second to none. What really sets them apart is the consistency of care. From start to finish, you’re supported every step of the way, and you genuinely feel looked after. No matter when you need something, they’re always there they pick up the phone, follow through, and make client care a true priority. I’ve honestly never experienced this level of care before, and I’m so glad I found my dental home. The reassurance, professionalism, and genuine commitment to patients make all the difference, and it’s rare to find a dental practice that truly goes above and beyond like this.

I was recently seen by Dr. Imam, and this place somehow gets friendlier with every visit. From the amazing front desk team to the staff in the back, everyone acknowledges you with a warm hello. Dr. Imam is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough, which gives me a lot of confidence that I’ll get the results I’m looking for. The team even celebrates my progress toward a better-looking smile, which truly means a lot. I’ve been to plenty of dental offices over the years, but this is the one I’ll be sticking with long-term. Highly recommend!
