Mdm Chiang is very thorough, gentle, and caring. Even though I did only a simpek routine scaling and polishing, she put in effort to make sure that my teeth was clean. Not many other dentists are as thorough or professional when it comes to such routine procedures, and I would give her six stars if I could.
Wonderful service from Dr Eow and her team throughout the process of consultation and dental advice. Dr Eow answered every query and was gentle throughout the whole process of wisdom teeth removal and even followed up on the healing progress. Highly recommended!
second time visiting the clinic and i feel like experience is soso (nt as good as the reviews) compared to my first experience scaling and polishing done very quickly (in abt 10mins) and dentist doesnt seem to be knowledgeable in terms of recommendation on dental issues. seems like dentist is only focused on scaling and polishing + fillings as compared to other dental issue. price is not cheap as well. prices before gst: - consultation ($50) - scaling and polishing ($100) - fluoride ($20) as someone whos quite scared of the whole dental process, no reassuring was done and its pure instructional (ie ‘Lie down now’) No informing of scaling and polishing process like ‘finishing left side already its okay) only good thing is that its opened after office hours…
I had a very pleasant dental visit with Dr Eow. Dr Eow was very friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The nurse was also very helpful and attentive. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Dr Eow was gentle and thorough throughout the cleaning. She carefully explained the condition of my teeth and gums before starting, and also shared helpful tips on how to take care of my condition. During the scaling, she was very meticulous in removing plaque and tartar, yet made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What I appreciated most was how Dr Eow and her team, Siti constantly checked in to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any shocked and discomfort. The whole session felt reassuring, and well-paced. I had painful gums and I walked in as couldn't bear the pain hoping hard i could get a slot after being rejected by another clinic in the area. Counter staff Ms Justin was very nice to help me get a slot in as I said I'm in pain. She called me later on about 1 hr later saying that she has a slot in. I am so grateful for it. Thank u for the extra mile. I was taken care by Dr Eow who patiently explain my condition and that it will be painful do to do any cleaning today. Thankfully I was given antibiotics for a week so that my gums ulcers will not be so aggressive. The Malay lady counter staff was also patient in waiting for me to make payment and advice me on how to take care after. Sorry i forget her name. They also did a call back to ask how I am before confirming my next appt. I feel at ease and taken care of. I am now back at clinic for scaling & polishing. I am not so anxious now as I know I am in good hands. Kudos to the team and doctors for making my dental trip less traumatic. My 1st time seeing Dr Eow Li-Ann, she is very friendly and acknowledged my dental phobia through the notes documented as I felt understood and assured. She educated me about my tooth condition in details and taught me how to prevent cavities extensively. Very grateful to meet her and for my further visits!
