Refusing to do dental work despite being directed to do so by a hospital further delaying a required hospital operation.

Fantastic dentist 😍 Was absolutely terrified about going and not been to a dentist since a horrible experience as a child Met my dentist she made me feel comfortable and my fear of dentists actually went and never thought it would . She was amazing. She explained everything to me in detail about what she was doing and i told her how scared I was and couldn't stop shaking but she made me feel so comfortable and the dental nurses both times were so lovely Clean. Modern . Lovely staff including receptionists who sorted our appointments to make life so much easier for me and my sister . As its a trek for us and my sister doesn't drive they put our appointments together which saved so much time and hassle We are both not fearing a dentist anymore and are so happy with the amazing service. Thank you so much to you all 🙏✨️

Can't praise enough.

Just wanted to take a moment to give huge heartfelt thanks to Dr Sam, Grace plus Millie and Beth on reception for all their help in my recent appointment. Dr Sam has quickly got to the cause and treated an issue I had been suffering for 4 months causing acute inflammation which I couldn’t resolve on my own and was making me feel unwell by the point I went in. Already the inflammation has almost come down entirely. I am also feeling better in myself and not as fatigued which I am guessing was due to the inflammation going down. Additionally Dr Sam and grace took extra measures to support me with some additional needs in the apt, listening to requests I made and also some further adjustments to help me that no other dentist has even considered before. In terms of the dental issue, I felt listened to. Excellent hygiene protocol also. Dr Sam is an example of how all dentists should be. In this dentist I felt treated with respect all the way through from booking to being seen. Thank you again for everything!

Dr. Sam Kirtley deserves real credit for the care and professionalism he showed today. Root canal treatments aren’t exactly something people look forward to, but he handled it with precision, calmness, and clear expertise. What stands out most is how he made a potentially stressful procedure feel manageable—explaining things clearly, working efficiently, and keeping patient comfort front and center. It’s not just about technical skill (though that was clearly there), but also the reassurance and confidence he brings to the chair. That combination makes a huge difference.

I found this dentist to be the most professional in chester. Ive tried other dentist in the area but have been fobbed off by all exept for.... my dentist They actually listened to what I wanted and needed doing. Rab Chaudhry is my dentist there. He expertly did my dental work.... now its all completed i have confidence in myself again and I am fully appreciative of the other dentist team also... its great to know we can go to a dentist that are trustworthy and professional.. Best Dental care I’ve ever received! From day 1 when I mentioned to Spyridon Nikolaou that I wanted to remove my two bottom baby teeth after 42 years and replace with big teeth, he was supportive talked me through all the options and reassured me I wouldn’t look stupid. He gained my trust and after 3 appointments he gave me natural looking bottom front teeth in a bridge. So pleased with the outcome! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my smile. Thank you so much!
