Hadn’t seen a dentist in donkeys, needless to say no NHS available. Ended up needing four fillings and an upper plate. Eugene has a wonderful bedside manner and for the first time since 1969, I actually felt relaxed. He explained in great detail the course of treatment, spread over a few weeks - for which my plastic friend was grateful - and finalised all with a gratis filling due plate tightness on extraction. All issues rectified satisfactorily. I know where to go and preferably who to see for my next issue. Thank you Eugene.

I am pleased with my visit. Pleasant receptionist and amazing dentist. She explained me all options and kindly was answering my questions. Human approach and extraction was done within with minutes without pain. I can recommend

Been going to this dentist since 2018. Sometimes they're kind, but usually the dentists are rude or patronizing. I have severe medical anxiety related to trauma and I would not recommend this practice to anxious people at all. I had to switch dentists recently because I require sedation for any kind of procedure including cleanings and the IV sedation didn't work, leaving me with no other option but to switch to a different practice as this one doesn't offer inhalation sedation anywhere nearby. They also mishandled my referral to the hospital for a wisdom tooth extraction THREE times since 2022. I am currently chasing this up as I am writing this praying the tooth doesn't start causing me pain before I'm able to get it out. Update: they are now saying I have to come back in for an examination before they will make me a new referral and I asked PALS if referrals can be backdated. They can't. It'd be a colossal waste of time and money to do this since I'm already being seen by Contemporary Dental (who are lovely, by the way, highly recommend!). I'm just going to get a new referral to hospital from them and pray that it doesn't start hurting before then because wisdom tooth extractions are SO expensive to get privately.

Here for an emergency appointment, but compared to my home dentist this place is lovely. Prices are reasonable when I looked and they were super patient with me despite being very very anxious about dental appointments. The staff here are lovely as were the dentists. Did a really good job with fillings where a previous dentist had failed. Thank you Priti and Emily :)

Contacted the practice to ask for the process to make a complaint after a family member had a very distressing experience at the practice. Receptionist Emma was very quick to give me the details and for some reason decided that it was appropriate to voice her opinion on the situation. She claimed that Dr Aladhami took my mum in from the “kindness of her heart.” The kindness was non existent when she came in as an NHS patient in absolute agony, but as soon as going private was mentioned out of pure desperation, this heart was full of kindness. They wanted a quick £200 and on top of that did more damage than good. No empathy from any staff at the practice. Extremely disappointing. Avoid this place at all cost and spend your hard earned money somewhere that will care for you with actual empathy and passion for their job.

One star is way too much for this place. Extremely unprofessional and predatory experience. My wife was referred here by NHS 111, but when she arrived at 11:35 AM, the receptionist turned her away, claiming they were full and she wasn't in the system. However, when we called for a private appointment at 1:15 PM, a slot was suddenly available for £200. The receptionist actually had the audacity to tell my daughter they were seeing my wife 'out of the goodness of their hearts' while charging us a massive £200 fee for an emergency. My wife begged for antibiotics first to treat the infection, but the dentist refused and insisted on pulling the tooth immediately. The extraction was over an hour of torture; the anesthesia failed completely due to the infection, and my wife was crying in agony. The dentist just kept checking the clock while the assistant had to hold my wife’s hand for comfort. To make matters worse, she was sent home with NO aftercare instructions and no information on the stitches in her mouth. We don't even know if they are dissolvable or when they should be removed. She also has lacerations on her mouth from the excessive force used. This clinic prioritises profit over patient safety and basic human dignity. Formal complaint filed with the ICB and GDC."

My daughter had tooth pain and suspected she needed an extraction. Her usual private dentist was not available and as she was in some pain, she phoned My dentist. Luckily they fitted her in within a few days. She was very appreciative of this. She was seen by Mr Pratik Agarwal who was a delightful chap and very humble. He was very upfront with her, explained the procedure really thoroughly and put her at ease (her first ever extraction). He told her exactly what he was doing throughout, and what he was doing next. The tooth was out in seconds, flawlessly, and her experience was a highly positive one. We'd highly recommend Mr Pratik Agarwal, especially if you are apprehensive or have any dental anxiety, as he was very friendly, experienced; kind and courteous 🌟
