Dr. Banks Allen and his dental hygienist Kaila have been taking care of my dental needs for a number of years. Christine, a dental assistant, has helped me get through crowns and fillings. Their experience and level of care is unsurpassed as viewed from my perspective. The front office staff, Marcia and Dawn, always serve to make the visit go well.

Kaila was so thorough and gave me an outstanding cleaning. She played relaxing music that was soulful that I loved as well.

Dr. Banks Allen and Christine did an outstanding job for me in creating a crown for my tooth. Dr Banks was careful and thoughtful regarding details in both the preparation process and the final placement. I am grateful for their excellent care!

I had the BEST experience at Myers Park Dental Partners and couldn’t wait to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Dawn at the front desk was so friendly, Christine made x-rays easy and comfortable, and Dr. Banks Allen took time to explain everything with such respect and consideration. I especially appreciated his conservative approach, focusing on preserving the integrity of my teeth before considering veneers or anything invasive. Sarah did an incredibly thorough cleaning and was so lovely throughout. It’s also wonderful to see a successful husband-and-wife team in practice together. The office itself is stunning. It’s a beautifully renovated Southern home filled with natural light, big windows, and peaceful nature views. Even the waiting room feels bright and calming. I truly feel cared for and so happy to have found this hidden gem in Myers Park. Whenever I go in everyone is super nice and they do an amazing job. All of my questions are always answered and the staff remembers me between visits. They also keep everything neat and clean.

As a new patient I was very impressed with my first visit. From the time I walked in the door it was a very, welcoming experience. I was greeted with a smile, of course!! The doctor and hygienist were very thorough and informative. The technician that took my x-rays also made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. I didn’t have to wait to be seen nor did I have to wait for the hygienist or dentist. There’s also someone named Cici that I did not get to meet, but I heard her clicking away helping with the x-rays!!! I thought she was like a “Siri” Because I never saw her lol! Needless to say it was a very professional and pleasant experience! Looking forward to experiencing and sharing the health of my teeth and gums with Myers Park Dental!

Best dental practice EVER! From reception through cleaning, exams, X-rays… the whole experience is downright pleasant! Not something one usually says about a dental appointment, right? I highly recommend Myers Park Dental to anyone looking for a dental practice full of compassionate AND skilled professionals!
