Dr.Antani is amazing very thorough and knowledgeable explains treatment very well. The staff and clinical team are also phenomenal and so helpful. 100% recommend this office!

I chose this dental office believing I would receive professional, compassionate, family-oriented care. I was prepared to move forward with a treatment plan totaling a little over four thousand dollars and expected to build a long-term relationship with a practice I could trust. Unfortunately, from my very first visit through my most recent interaction, I have been deeply disappointed. I want to be clear that this review is not directed at the dentist or the clinical team. My concerns are with the front office staff, particularly V, who handled both my initial visit and my more recent phone call. During my first visit, I experienced repeated blurry X-rays that required multiple retakes, making the process uncomfortable and time-consuming. I then waited about 45 minutes to check out, despite already having an approved CareCredit account. I remained patient and respectful throughout, never raising my voice or taking out my frustration. When treatment could finally begin, I was referred to a specialist for a root canal. My experience with the first specialist was very unpleasant, so I called the office and explained what had happened. To their credit, they referred me to another specialist. Unfortunately, life took an unexpected turn. I was recovering from a kidney infection and also caring for my grandfather who has dementia, which delayed scheduling with the second specialist. I accept responsibility for not scheduling sooner, but I never intended to abandon treatment. When I returned the office's call, I was told that my upcoming appointment had been canceled and that I had 30 days to complete the specialist appointment or risk forfeiting the money I had already paid. I've made on-time CareCredit payments and have already paid roughly seven to eight hundred dollars for treatment I did not receive. What concerns me is not simply the policy, but how it was communicated. After trying to be patient and understanding throughout every issue, I felt dismissed and as though my circumstances didn't matter. It genuinely saddens me to write this review. I hoped to find a caring dental office where I could complete my treatment. I never enjoy leaving negative feedback, but I believe management deserves to know when a patient's experience falls below expectations. Patients aren't just accounts or numbers on a schedule, they're people who deserve empathy, compassion, and respect. At this point, I'm seriously considering taking my business elsewhere, but would still welcome the opportunity to rebuild trust if this matter is addressed fairly and professionally. I hope this feedback encourages meaningful improvements. I would accept a cancelation fee but to just take someone's money without delivering the service and expect that to be acceptable while life is already expensive is unethical and cold hearted. Super disappointing experience. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback to heart.👎🏼

Glad to have had a very pleasant experience having my teeth X-rayed and cleaned by Emily, a member of Dr. Antani’s thorough and knowledgeable technical team, and dental check up performed by Dr. Antani. The Napa Dental staff consistently displays professionalism, genuine concern, and a painless/comforting approach in addressing my dental concerns.

It's always a pleasure to go to NAPA family dental, and that isn't a thought that you would normally apply to a dentist visit. The staff there is so warm and friendly and they do everything possible to make you comfortable from the moment you arrive until you walk out the door. Dr Antani is delightful--both personally and professionally. He is very thorough and always makes sure you understand exactly what procedure he is doing and why, and is very thoughtful about ensuring that you are comfortable throughout the visit. I no longer dread dental visits and highly recommend NAPA Family Dental.

If there were a word bigger than exceptional, I would use it for Dr. Antani and his team. I rated my fear of dentists a 5/5- severe anxiety. but honestly, between the numbing cream and the nitrous oxide and Dr. Antani’s gentle approach, I did not experience even a moment of discomfort. Dr. Antani took the time to explain clearly, offer options, answer questions, and never made me feel rushed. Small touches like a pillow, sunglasses, and relaxing music made such a difference. If you fear dentists like I do, I cannot recommend Dr Antani highly enough.

Everyone is wonderful caring and professional. I am so happy that I found Napa Dental. The dentist takes his time to discuss your needs and does a thorough exam and I am excited to see Jackie the hygienist again next time! My teeth feel wonderful! She did a great job. The staff from beginning to end are pleasant and professional I will recommend this office to family and friends. Thank you!
