The range is wide for a single-dentist office: preventive cleanings, crowns and veneers, dentures and partials, implants including All-on-4 arches, Zoom whitening, emergency visits, and appliance therapy for snoring and sleep-disordered breathing. Sedation runs from nitrous oxide through conscious sedation to IV, which is what makes the longer restorative appointments tolerable for people who would otherwise have them split across months.
All-on-4 is the treatment most worth explaining plainly, because the name oversells the timeline. Four implants — sometimes six — are placed into an arch, with the rear pair angled forward to catch the denser bone in front of the sinus and the nerve canal, which is how the technique avoids grafting in many cases. A provisional bridge can often be fitted the same day, so you do not leave without teeth. What that provisional is not is the finished result: the implants need several months to fuse with bone before a definitive prosthesis is made, and the temporary is deliberately softer and less refined. Bone volume, gum health, smoking and grinding all affect whether a case holds, and CBCT imaging is taken up front precisely to find that out. Cost varies enormously by arch, by how many implants the case actually needs, and by the final material, so nobody can quote it honestly over the phone.
Practical notes. The office sits in a stretch of 37221 that is easy for Bellevue, West Meade and Belle Meade families and reasonable from the Harpeth River side of Williamson County; it is a long drive from East Nashville or Donelson. Appointments run Monday through Thursday only, from seven in the morning, with the office shut over the middle of the day and closing at four, so the schedule rewards people who can come first thing or straight after lunch and rules out Friday and weekend visits. There is a separate line for dental emergencies. Comfort is treated as part of the offering rather than an afterthought here: heated blankets and towels, headphones, televisions, and a coffee bar in the waiting room.

I had my teeth cleaned today at Nashville Smiles. I switched to Nashville Smiles about three years ago and immediately wished I had been going there far longer. I find it an absolute privilege to have Dr. Harrington and her staff take care of my hygiene needs. Hope, my hygienist, is a wonderful hygienist to have cleaning my teeth. She is a true professional, wanting to make sure I’m always comfortable. She is so personable and has such a great sense of humor, I always leave there with a smile on my face. This is one doctors office I always enjoy going to. Just love these guys.

They were kind, patient, and most importantly, judgment-free which makes such a difference when going to the dentist. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. Going to the dentist is never exactly fun, but this place makes it as easy and stress-free as possible. I genuinely felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
