National Dental

They did an entire visit and refused to do a routine cleaning on my teeth. They wanted to upcharge me to procedures my insurance didnt cover just to get more money. Ive never heard of going to an entire office visit and you dont even get your terth cleaned. Do NOT come here it’s a scam!

Have had great Dental experiences in the past but unfortunately this place ain’t one… they struck out 3 out of 3 times starting with a very rude Dr. Ganz. As an anxious patient he was very dismissive abrasive & didn’t inspire any confidence in me to have all the work ( more than what I wanted or could afford),but they insisted on it. Also disappointed that the office manager who seemed pleasant, informed me that Dr no longer works there,& in he walks in his usual rude manner! Being lied to does not inspire confidence in their work! Other unsavory experiences there also, but this is enough for anyone to wonder about the integrity of the work done there.

I had a great experience here. The staff was incredibly professional, welcoming, and compassionate from the moment I arrived. I came in with severe pain, and they were able to see me and provide treatment the very same day, which I truly appreciated. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care and exceptional customer service.

They Refused to refund my 450 Dollars back to my credit card after I refused treatment.

I was a patient for several years and had multiple terrible experiences. The dental hygienists and dentists are always different. Every cleaning. But most importantly I had a filling which was deteriorating and I was advised to get a crown. So some dentist I never saw again gave bad advice based on convos with other dental professionals before the fiasco. They didn’t do the temporary crown right- it smelled. Then they kept delaying the perm crown. So I had it for several months. Then the perm one didn’t fit. They blamed the lab. Then they seemed surprised I didn’t bring a grand in cash to the apt. It’s like a 50 usd card fee- even for debit cards. But the most surprising (and suspicious) was they really wanted cash. But the worst is the crown cracked after 3 years. And they simply won’t help. They tried to get me so sign a shady release and retroactive warranty. And the front desk- since this is Corp org and the dentists aren’t in charge, just told me “too bad.” Even claimed she didn’t work there3 years ago so she can’t help. And that the company isn’t “national dental” any more. Despite the sign on the door/wall, emails, and the receptionist ANSWERS THE PHONE “national dental.” This is a corporate thing pretending to be a denstist,

My family has been coming here for quite some time, and we've always had a great experience. My 5-year-old just had her first dental exam, and Jason and the entire team made her feel so comfortable and at ease. They were kind, patient, and made the experience so pleasant for her. These guys are amazing! Thank you all so much!

I love my experience here. They did so good on my teeth I forgot they were fake. I love the staff here. They treated me so well.

Very disappointing experience with this dental practice. I was told I had to pay $300 out of pocket because the procedure was supposedly “out of network,” only to later discover that the office was in fact in-network with my insurance. Despite charging me directly, they also billed my insurance company for the same visit. The billing practices felt highly unethical and lacked transparency from the beginning. When I requested clarification and a detailed explanation of the charges, the office was dismissive and unwilling to provide clear answers. Patients deserve honesty, transparency, and accurate information regarding insurance coverage and costs. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling misled and frustrated. I would strongly advise others to carefully verify all billing and insurance information before agreeing to treatment here.

I have been seen by Dr.Habib multiple times as well as Dr.Ganz, I highly recommend seeing them. DR.Habib made me feel so comfortable, has been nothing but patient, explains throughly and more. If you are looking to get detailed extensive dental work make sure you come here and ask for him!! 10/10!

They were going to make me pay $1000+ for a crown that I didn't need. That one star is only for the male dental assistant and the receptionist because they were super sweet and understanding towards me. I had an appt 12/16/25 because I had serious pain on my back left molar. The dentist lady literally took one tool and kept tapping my tooth for 2 minutes. I was wondering what she was doing. Then I mistakenly said, "is it cracked?" And right way she said, "ohh yea I see the crack." She tapped my tooth one more time and is like "okay I have to do a crown, but I don't know how much it would be and how deep the crack is." She billed me $1,000 and said my union only covers half...which is 100% FALSE because if you're in contract with the union, I'm not supposed to pay anything out of pocket! The next day I went to another dentist to get a second opinion. Thank goodness I did because they were 100% honest with me and DID NOT SEE A CRACK. They did many tests to validate it and even showed me my x-ray. My molars are sitting on my sinus veins and asked if I was sick the past couple days (which i was) and because I was sick, it made my tooth super sensitive. It's 2/19/26 and after feeling better from the sickness, my tooth has not been hurting. I also did not have to pay for anything out of pocket because of my union. National Dental is a total SCAM - didn't even bother looking closely at my x-ray and they were going to make me pay for a crown that I didn't need.

I have been coming here for the last 5 years for my cleanings, and it has been great! Yinny is the best and has kept me cavity-free over that time! She not only does a great cleaning, but also gives me feedback and tips that I can use at home. Today was another great visit with Dr. Marwa, Yinny, and Lily. The office staff is also fantastic. They send reminders before appointments, process everyone efficiently, and keep the wait times low. If you don't like your current dentist's office, I highly recommend switching to this team, as I did 5 years ago.
