First of all I just want to point out how amazing the staff is here. I came in super scared and nervous because it had been so long for me since I had gone to the dentist. The staff did an amazing job at reassuring me that I would be okay and that there was no judgement. I have never felt more comfortable and respected by dentists office than this one. They are the sweetest people I’ve ever met. And they made sure that I was told things exactly how I wanted to hear them. They take into consideration how you would like things told to you! How amazing is it to be asked?! I will definitely be coming back and not only that but switching my kids over to this dentist as well.

Jamie is amazing. She’s got a great personality and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She also cleans my mouth guard adding helpful tips to better my hygiene habits at home. Thank you.

Today was my first visit. From the moment I walked in, was greeted with a smile and friendly “Good Morning.” She showed me the important things (restrooms and water.) I am a nervous patient and was explained every step they were going to do from my X-Rays to exam. Dr Patel was my dentist, she was so soft spoken, gentle and caring. I was surprised that they went ahead and filled a tooth without having to make another appointment same day. I knew exactly how much I would owe before the work was done and paid upon leaving. And who doesn’t love free gifts? I received a goody bag with a welcome card, cup, toothbrush, toothpaste and floss. My experience was better than I could have ever imagined. I will be returning.

I have bad dental anxiety and my most recent visit was a good experience. Even though there were a lot of people in the waiting room, I was greeted by the receptionist as soon as I walked in. I didn’t wait long at all after check-in before my name was called. Ryan was the dental hygienist assigned to me. He is friendly, customer service oriented, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate him explaining everything to me, including what tools he was using, because it definitely helped me be less anxious. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Natomas Crossing Dental to family and friends.

I’ve never been a big fan of going to the dentist, but Natomas Crossing totally changed my mind. My first two visits (a check-up and two fillings) were by far the best experiences I’ve had. The building and rooms are immaculate, the staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the visits were quick, informative, and comfortable. Even my fillings were fast and pain-free. Dental appointments used to feel like a disruption in my day. Now they feel like a welcome break from work, haha.

Arrived early and was greeted by the staff. I was taken back into the treatment room and a very nice nurse took an X-ray and the doctor came in and numbed me without any pain from the shot. I was surprised by how swiftly and accurately the two teeth were prepped and then a technician came in and made a temporary bridge. It was finished in a short time and fitted with no discomfort and I left with a new temp bridge and will be happy when I return in a couple of weeks for my new complete bridge. The doctors and nurses are very caring and concerned about my comfort and I really like the treatment that they offer and it was actually very reasonably priced. Thank you for your care and great work .

My wife and I started our 2nd experience with NCDC. The place is very modern and well managed. All the employees are all experienced and well mannered and supportive. The Dentists and support staff are all professional and well mannered meaning they have good knolwedge and professionalism plus sense of humor as well. The processs are within the dental areas & cost i have encountered in the past other dentistries I have gone to. I will continue to place my dental health and welfare in this organization. Each time, I was able to schedule a same-day appointment, my concerns were thoroughly listened to and assessed, and treatment options were clearly explained. A plan to address the issue was created and initiated the very same day. I especially appreciate the time the team takes to walk through their findings by showing X-rays and photos, and explaining how those findings may impact both my short-term and long-term dental health. While I understand that some people prefer a more “family-owned” dental practice and that such a smoothly run office can sometimes feel more clinical than personal, I still felt genuinely heard and cared for. The team took the time to address my concerns and ensured I felt informed and confident in my treatment decisions. I would highly recommend Natomas Crossing Dental to anyone looking for prompt, professional, and thorough dental care.

Dr. Harris is the best By far, she of the smoothest and knowledgeable Dr's around. She is painless. Nice and gentle. Her staff are the "Avengers" of dental care.
