Natural Dental Partners Dr Shaw and her assistant were amazing!!! Very efficient and friendly. Received crowns the same day! So glad i found them!!!!!

PREDITORY & money hungry. I was TALKED OUT of submitting a preauthorization to my insurance to find out how much I would be paying out of pocket. They literally told me insurance companies tended to pay out less if a preauthorization was went in prior, and I had a better chance of them covering more if I didn't submit it. Which I followed stupidly, which was a big mistake. I ended up paying almost $4000 and have had a $205 monthly payment for almost 2 years. WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, THEY ARE PREDITORY. If I would have known how much it would have cost me on top of my tooth still not being right afterwards, I would have NEVER gone through with the treatment plan. They do not care about the patient, just if you have a credit line they had you apply for that they can milk. Was not able to chew on my left side for a few years after a crown and went for a consultation. I wanted an office with a more holistic approach and found this office. I also wanted to just get an estimate of how much it would be to replace my silver fillings and an implant for a root canal at a later date. The treatment plan they had for me consisted of just replacing about 4/5 silver fillings, all on my side I was not able to chew on since getting a crown, but one filling was on my other side to be done at a later day. I also was diagnosed with a tongue tie that would require therapy before and after the procedure (I went to a different oral surgeon after to see if I could just get the frenectomy to release the tongue tie without the therapy because I couldn't afford everything anymore, and the oral surgeon said i DID NOT have a tongue tie and acted like I was crazy I even went in for one, their therapy was also in house- perhaps why I was diagnosed with one? ) I asked if replacing the silver fillings would get rid of whatever pain I was having when I chewed (since that was the MAIN reason for my appointment), they said yes. I decided to go through with it because I was in pain for some time now and just wanted to chew normally again. I have to carefully chew still on that side now, and is still is not right. Not to mention they did work on about 4 teeth in one day, then talked me in to staying for a cleaning immediately after since they had an opening. My mouth was so sore that day, so lets add to it, makes sense. But don't worry they upsold me $100 laser treatment because my gums were so swollen from all of the work. Again, this office is about money and not about the patient. Please do yourself a favor and find another holistic office.

This is by far the Best dentist office I have ever been to. If you prefer natural more holistic approaches to dental care and prevention then this is the office for you. they are very clean organized professional and have the latest technologies in preventative dental care and oral care for longevity. I highly recommend!

Dr. Jaber is an amazing Dentist. She is a true Master of her craft! Combine that with strong compassion and great communication skills, it's the reason for the 5-star rating.

I have been to many dental offices, and have been searching for an integrative airway focused dentist in the Phoenix area for awhile. I am grateful I found this office, and Dr. Ranine Jaber and Dr. Ingo Mahn. Also, the staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. The facility is state of the art. The way they do their intake and first visit makes anyone who has had past bad experiences with dentists very comfortable, and at ease. I love how they are mercury-free, utilize bio-compatible materials, and do a thorough dental and medical intake as well as 3D X-rays and CT Cone Beam imaging. I also appreciate their emphasis on patient education in technical scientific terms for us. Unlike other experiences with some other dentists, they do not have a fear-based messaging and give us a lot of hope that their methods work. We have not yet used their epigenetic airway appliance, yet it sounds like it can help with a plethora of airway issues as a non-invasive approach and treatment. As a naturopathic doctor licensed in Arizona, I am confident in recommending this dental office to my patients to thoroughly any oral issues that contributing to systemic health problems. Because if a patient is not sleeping well, breathing properly in their sleep (hypoxia in sleep), and getting enough deep and REM sleep, then no other treatment will be as effective.

Pleasant, efficient and competent.... what?!?... for a dental practice?? Yes, the front desk check-in is 10 seconds. Leah, the hygienist, escorted me back, and then did a thorough cleaning without pain. Next cleaning scheduled right there in exam room. Checkout took another 30 seconds. These practice has it down.... nobody likes going to the dentist.... so this group gets you in, cared for, and out with a smile. Can't beat that! (well, fresh blackberry pie beats it..... :))

I’m so happy I finally found a trustworthy dentist who cares about my teeth and is also gentle, Dr. Jaber is amazing. I drive 45 min. To see Dr. Jaber because I know that I’m in good hands the minute I walk through the door. The place is friendly, compassionate and welcoming. My teeth are looking amazing just in two visits with the high tech equipment and also the natural approach to dentistry. All I have to say is WOW! Thank you Dr. Jaber!!
