Best dentist I have been too. Everyone from the front desk, to the assistant to the hygienist and doctor were all extremely friendly and welcoming.

If you've been avoiding the dentist for years because of bad experiences elsewhere, I want you to know you're not alone and this is absolutely the place that will change that for you. I'm your typical millennial with dental office trauma. I was diagnosed with periodontal disease years ago and just... never dealt with it. Every visit to past dentists felt like getting handed a bad report card, so I avoided going for over a decade. When my husband and I moved to Scottsdale this year, we knew it was finally time to get serious about our dental health. (Especially after learning more about the risks of mercury fillings and how much "fixing" we'd need to undo from mainstream dental care.) We chose NDP because the office looked clean and welcoming instead of cold and clinical, the reviews were great, and they had a new patient offer that made it easy to take the first step. From the moment we walked in, we knew we'd found our people. Kristy at the front desk remembered details from our very first phone call. My dental assistant, Blanca, was warm and personable and put me at ease immediately. Our initial evaluation was incrediblyyy thorough. Phyllis (hygienist) and Dr. Shaw both spent real time with us, along with x-rays, a saliva sample, and a full physical exam, and they genuinely listened to our holistic health concerns instead of rushing us through. When we came back for our deep periodontal cleanings, they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable offering headphones, a weighted blanket, all of it. I went in nervous and left feeling cared for in a way I didn't know was possible at a dental office. Yes, they're out-of-network and pricier than a traditional dentist. It is worth every. single. penny. After just two appointments, I care about my oral health more than I ever have, and I'm actually looking forward to going back!! If you're on the fence, let this be your sign to book the appointment. This team will take incredible care of you!!

This is the best Natural dentistry office in our area, Pheonix. I am a naturalist, and protect my health and wellness. Dr. Ingo Mahn’s practice is a place where I feel they do the same. With dentistry prevention and caution and education is the key to keeping your teeth in great shape. Dental health is the beginning of the health of the body.. thanks Jennifer Stein

It was recommended by my doctor to get my mercury amalgam fillings removed and ref'd me to Natural Dental Partners. Dr. Shaw did a great job, along with her assistants, and removed the fillings over two appointments. She even provided a free laser treatment. I am very happy to have the amalgams removed and would recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, holistic dental practice.

PREDITORY & money hungry. I was TALKED OUT of submitting a preauthorization to my insurance to find out how much I would be paying out of pocket. They literally told me insurance companies tended to pay out less if a preauthorization was went in prior, and I had a better chance of them covering more if I didn't submit it. Which I followed stupidly, which was a big mistake. I ended up paying almost $4000 and have had a $205 monthly payment for almost 2 years. WORST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE, THEY ARE PREDITORY. If I would have known how much it would have cost me on top of my tooth still not being right afterwards, I would have NEVER gone through with the treatment plan. They do not care about the patient, just if you have a credit line they had you apply for that they can milk. Was not able to chew on my left side for a few years after a crown and went for a consultation. I wanted an office with a more holistic approach and found this office. I also wanted to just get an estimate of how much it would be to replace my silver fillings and an implant for a root canal at a later date. The treatment plan they had for me consisted of just replacing about 4/5 silver fillings, all on my side I was not able to chew on since getting a crown, but one filling was on my other side to be done at a later day. I also was diagnosed with a tongue tie that would require therapy before and after the procedure (I went to a different oral surgeon after to see if I could just get the frenectomy to release the tongue tie without the therapy because I couldn't afford everything anymore, and the oral surgeon said i DID NOT have a tongue tie and acted like I was crazy I even went in for one, their therapy was also in house- perhaps why I was diagnosed with one? ) I asked if replacing the silver fillings would get rid of whatever pain I was having when I chewed (since that was the MAIN reason for my appointment), they said yes. I decided to go through with it because I was in pain for some time now and just wanted to chew normally again. I have to carefully chew still on that side now, and is still is not right. Not to mention they did work on about 4 teeth in one day, then talked me in to staying for a cleaning immediately after since they had an opening. My mouth was so sore that day, so lets add to it, makes sense. But don't worry they upsold me $100 laser treatment because my gums were so swollen from all of the work. Again, this office is about money and not about the patient. Please do yourself a favor and find another holistic office.

My molar cracked over the weekend and Natural Dental Partners was able to get me in for an appointment quickly. Front desk was very helpful and welcoming. I received excellent care from. Dr. Shaw and the dental assistant Blanca. They both went above and beyond for my visit, I got my tooth fixed all in one visit and I felt very comfortable the entire time. The office was probably the nicest dental facility I’ve been too! and the office manager Irene was extremely helpful in getting my appointment set up.
