Second time giving this place a try. Nasty Megan, I guess the intake specialist gets on and very short with me. My first question, Do you all take Delta Dental insurance, “Yes but only PPO l. I asked How do you know if it’s PPO, “Well you should know that, but call your insurance!” Wow!! Then later says well give me the number I can check for you.” I tell her my husband was just in there the other day and she’s like, “Yeah this insurance was very very hard to get an authorization, I don’t know about this insurance…” ok, but yal serviced him the other day. Then, oh yeah we take this insurance what are you looking for? How about a more professional person to answer the damn phone. Let’s move past your negative talk. I don’t have time for this. There are other dentist. All of these wonderful/excellent reviews and I couldn’t even get past the intake call. Bye

Straight up the most professional, compassionate, and effective dentist I have had the fortune to regularly visit. I could write for a long time about everything this practice does well in my opinion but in the interest of everyone's time these are the highlights of my own experience in the past 3 years: -Very precise dental work: I got some porcelain crowns put in and they fit exactly like my original molars. They used modern techniques and technology, and the final product left me without pain and they look just like my other teeth. Thank you!! -Dr. Mohit and Dr. Jennifer are both incredibly compassionate and have treated me and people that I know without judgement and make it a comfortable environment to receive dental care - The Smoothest Novocaine Shot I have ever received happens at this practice every time I had work done here. Even after moving away from the area, I still make the effort to drive 1hr here for my appointments. I cannot recommend them highly enough 🙂

Dr. Vermani rocks. He respects my time. He always responds in emergency quickly. He has a positive and engaging personality. I trust his judgment to give me the best care I can afford. Even though his practice uses the latest automated tech, the personal touch is always there. His staff is great as well. I have been with him for more than a decade and I highly recommend him.

They truly make you feel comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The customer service is amazing, and the entire staff goes above and beyond. Dr. Virmani is DEFINITELY the best! I had a really positive experience with Naylors Dental in Pikesville. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me with kindness, patience, and professionalism. Going to the dentist isn’t always something people look forward to, but they made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared for the entire time. What stood out to me the most was Dr. Virmani personally calling to check on me afterward. That level of care and attention meant a lot and showed me that I wasn’t just another patient to them. You can tell they truly care about the people they treat. I’m very grateful for the care I received and would absolutely recommend Naylors Dental to anyone looking for a dental office that treats you like family.
I’m very finicky especially when it comes to dental offices due to instruments going in my mouth where germs are introduced. I love how particular Sandra is while servicing me and avoiding touching anything with her gloves on. She’s has such a sweet, gentle demeanor which eases my fear of having work done. Her calm gentle voice makes me feel comforted. She constantly asks if I’m ok while doing my cleaning which I appreciate. While I’m sure the others are just as pleasant, I’m sure to ask if Sandra will be there on my future scheduled visits, if she isn’t I quickly change the date as I don’t want anyone else doing my cleaning.
This is a superb practice. They are friendly respectful and most of all does the greatest work. I have had cleanings, fillings as well as crowns. They really care about you. Dr. Varmani is the best dentist I ever received treatment from. Keep up the good work. I recommended a friend and she had a great experience. I highly recommend this practice
