I had a great experience starting from my consult, getting my tooth extracted during twilight, recovery and at home. Dr Ant and his staff were totally amazing. Dr Ant is a kind, caring and funny guy. I appreciated his humor as I am a big chicken and I have a fear of dentists. I filled out my paperwork on line so Checking in was a breeze and the receptionists were so nice and very welcoming. The nurses and team were attentive & accommodating to my concerns and walked me through it all from billing to procedures and what to expect after surgery. My recovery is going well and I even got ice cream on dismissal to take home. I would recommend this central office to everyone.

I had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Moutray. She and her staff were fantastic. They sent me home with fool-proof after-care instructions and checked on me following surgery. I’m a huge wimp when it comes to my teeth, but this was the smoothest appointment ever. I’d highly recommend Dr. Moutray!
Dr. Bates is 100% patient-centered. He is thorough in his assessment, and, because of this, found an issue which warranted immediate attention. Interestingly, he may also have unintentionally solved another issue which has eluded other providers for well over a year… We’ll see! At any rate, I am very happy with the care I have (and continue to receive) from Dr. Bates. I also want to offer a huge, “Thank You!” to the front desk staff. All medical offices need a solid front line— people who are competent, compassionate, and go above and beyond to get patients scheduled in a timely manner. The girls at the front desk are absolute rockstars, and my sincere thanks to each one who helped me get the care I needed— quickly. As a future PA-C, I highly recommend Dr. Bates and this staff. They are all about patient care— physically and emotionally. Keep up the great work!!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Bates for my wisdom teeth removal! From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. He explained everything clearly, made sure I was at ease, and the procedure itself went smoothly. Recovery has been much easier than I expected, and I really appreciate how gentle and professional he was throughout the whole process. The staff were also super friendly and supportive. Love this office and my experience as a whole thus far. I had a full arch done and 8 extractions. I got my estimate in Sept 2024 and surgery last week and the estimate was honored. Staff is amazing and kind and while the price was high, it was comparable to anyone else. Its just an expensive procedure. Dr. Rieck is kind, direct and available when I had questions. Even quick to respond to a personal text.
I really appreciate everyone who worked with us yesterday. Every person we interacted with was friendly, helpful and most importantly present. We never felt "rushed" and were encouraged to ask questions. My son was the one receiving treatment, and they made sure to include him in the discussion pre treatment.
