I had an excellent experience at the office of Dr. Rossana T. Alfonso, DDS. She is a very professional dentist who truly does great work. From start to finish, everything felt comfortable and thorough, and she takes the time to make sure her patients are well cared for. You can really tell she takes pride in her work and wants the best for her patients. I highly recommend Dr. Alfonso for anyone looking for quality dental care!

Dr R. Alfonso was a caring dentist and very generous person. She does above and beyond to her patients that is why they keep coming back. A dentist that really care for your well being is a great feeling specially for low Income people that can’t afford. Very patiently attentive to your needs. Keep up the great job.

I had an x-ray taken. I asked for a copy of the x-ray. New Image Dentistry didn't respond. A completely different different office sent me a consent form. Really! An office I had no knowledge of sent me the consent form. I responded to their request asking why they were asking for consent when I had not done business with them. I emailed both offices and have not gotten a response from either. It's been 4 days. I hope I don't have a problem with my insurance. I think they expect people to just let it go. I will fight this. Oh yeah, all they did was take 1 x-ray and refer me to their friend. Shady practice.

I was very diassappointed with their service. My son is under 18 and I like to see what he was getting done and they didn't even offer a place to seat while I was waiting. They also gave me weird looks because I was standing there. They are not friendly at all and what is worse is that they have different dentist working there. My son was supposed to see Dr. Alfonso and out of all the four appointments we only saw her once. All I can say is that I am very disappointed that my insurance SHARP told me to come to this place. They don't even treat kids like kids, they want them to act like adults. This is the last time I come here. I HATE this place.
