I'm terrified of dentist. Matt put me at ease talking with him. He was very informative about what to expect. Then Dr Pivetz came in an explained everything that he was going to do, what to expect answered all questions. I felt comfortable, well informed and excited to proceed

Well I can only give you one star, I wished I’d went with implants, the dentures I have the bottoms now don’t like to stay in, I had our daughter in law, over Saturday, the tops like I told Chelsea showed way to much gum at the top, I haven’t worn the tops since I got them, the bottoms was to have at least 4 screws I got to do they come out easy while trying to eat. I’m not blaming anyone but myself the way my teeth was. I had some serious problems going on in my life time that I neglected myself, but if I had to do it all over again I would, or just to have my girl back. Now I’m going through some seriously problem now, Tim was diagnosed with liver cancer, so we’re talking more money there. So I have cried, prayed, not eating. I’m now trying to find a new dentist to finish up what should have been done. The lady 3 times I was there I cried going home, I felt like I was a burden on you all. Tim always ask me if we go out you going to put your teeth in,I just tell him I can the bottom but not the top, there to big an bulky. So trying to get theses fixed because we’re getting married in August. I sure hope ever one els has had a successful smile, but not mine. You all have a beautiful Blessed Day. June Popplewell.

I did some shopping around for a dentist to work with before choosing New Smile for my implants. It was the right choice, and not just because they quoted me a great price. Dr. Pivetz and his team have done an expert job every step of the way. They do an excellent job communicating not only what to expect during appointments but also after in terms of healing/adjustment to my new prosthesis. My new teeth look and feel terrific.

I had looked into implants about 5 years earlier but the cost was just out of reach. When my partial finally broke this past December I had to do something. So I started looking into implants again. I didn't want the hassles of dealing with regular dentures. My main concern was my jaw bones going to be able to support implants. I came across New Smile and from the get go I knew I had found the place to get my full implants. From my consultation with Dr. Pivets and after my xrays he assured me that he felt I could get full implants. So I sat down with Matt and worked out the payments and I was on my way to a healthier dental health than I had ever had. Everyone from Tiffany to Alane to Chelsea were just freaking awesome! They all made me feel comfortable and at ease from get go. Each of them had a hand in bringing the smile that I wish I'd have had for ever! I am so appreciative to each and every single one of them for giving me the smile I have dreamed of for years! You all are AWESOME! And if anyone ever asks me for a recommendation for implants, New Smile will be the only place that I will suggest! Thank you all so very much!

On Monday, I’ll officially be one week post-op from my All-on-X implant surgery, and I can honestly say the entire experience has been exceptional from the start. From my very first consultation to surgery day and delivery, the level of care, communication, and professionalism from Dr. Pivetz, Matt, and Chelsea has been incredible. One thing that really stood out to me was during my records appointment when Dr. Pivetz noticed I had a high smile line and recommended an FP1 implant for my top arch. Even though it required more work, it showed how much he genuinely cared about creating the best possible aesthetic outcome for my smile — not just the procedure itself. That attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way meant a lot to me and gave me so much confidence in this team. Now, almost one week post-op, I’m already feeling more confident and excited about my future smile. I’m extremely grateful for the care I’ve received so far and truly feel I’m in great hands.
