⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an outstanding experience at New Smiles Dental Implant Center – Galleria. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and efficient. The office occupies its own building with plenty of convenient parking, and the facility is modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean. During my visit, I received a comprehensive dental examination, a professional cleaning, and two tooth-colored fillings. Dr. Lee personally performed both the cleaning and the fillings. She took the time to explain every step of the process, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Before administering the anesthetic, she applied a topical numbing gel to my gums, making the injections virtually painless. Her technique was gentle, meticulous, and reassuring, and I experienced minimal discomfort during the entire procedure. The dental assistant, Phuong, was equally professional, attentive, and well-coordinated with Dr. Lee, making the visit smooth and efficient. The front office staff handled all of my insurance paperwork seamlessly, allowing me to focus entirely on my appointment. I also learned that the practice was founded by Dr. Hwang and Dr. Pham, whose training at some of the nation’s most respected dental institutions is reflected in the exceptional level of care provided by the entire team. I am truly grateful to have found such an outstanding dental practice for both myself and my family. I just had my filling and after my appointment. I feel immense pain of chew. I was sensitive to how and cold and I could not enjoy eating. I went there again the few days after that and I can chew more again but my jaw feel more tired and painful as usual. They are nice people. But not for me.

They were incredibly professional and quick! I initially came for a consultation, but they quickly started my implant. They’re also fantastic at assisting with insurance claims. The staff were so kind! They even gave me some milk for my pain and antibiotics since I hadn’t eaten beforehand. I would definitely recommend them, and the drive is definitely worth it!

Great affordable and fast service! My husband and I have been their patients for years now and we always come back to them because is hard to beat their prices and quality.
