Receptionists, Dental Assistant and Oral Surgeon were extremely friendly, proffesional an showed genuine consideration. Only is the billing.I was a previous patient and am extremely dissatisfied with the billing practices. I have insurance and had the same procedure done elsewhere and the copay was much cheaper. I immediately questioned the charges as I had this done before and paid half. I immediately contacted their billing department to inquire to which I was told it would be adjusted as the claim was completed. In addition to paying a higher copay they sent an additional bill for more money. I did not pay and began a ongoing 2 years of contacting them and my insurance company. I was told that gentle dental billed the procedure incorrectly resulting in the additional charge. After approximately 2 years I was told by gental dental that it was their error and I was all set. Now I receive text messages from a collection agency for the money and no responses to my emails to them.

had both of my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Shadi Daher, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. Dr. Daher is exceptionally skilled, professional, and precise. What impressed me most was that one wisdom tooth was next to a bridge and the other was near a crown. He carefully removed both teeth without damaging either restoration. Anyone who has invested in dental work knows that damaging a bridge or crown can be very costly, so this really shows the level of expertise and care he brings to his work. The entire procedure went smoothly, and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the process. His skill, attention to detail, and professionalism made what could have been a stressful experience much easier. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Shadi Daher to anyone needing wisdom tooth extractions or oral surgery. He is an outstanding oral surgeon, and I am very grateful for his work.

The orthodontics team has been fantastic to work with and put up with my many inquiries and concerns through the process. Their patience has gotten my smile to a point that I didn't think was possible and I appreciate them being kind and teaching me about my teeth and bite. Highly recommend.

I went to Newbury Dental for treatment of an open bite that was causing severe TMJ pain and other issues when trying to fully close my bite. I told Dr. Bahadoran that I wanted to correct it as quickly as possible, and she was able to fix it in less than two months. The treatment process was very straightforward, and the scheduling team was always accommodating and able to get me in, even when things came up unexpectedly. I would definitely recommend the orthodontic department here to anyone looking for fast, effective results and a staff that is attentive, supportive, and dedicated.

Every experience I've had here has been great. Like most people I don't love having dental work done but everyone is very caring and gentle. I highly recommend this location.

Been going here 25 years. Awesome place. Always on time. Hygienists fantastic. Front desk staff the same. Dr Millen is the best dentist I’ve ever had. And they’ll take care of you if you suddenly need a root canal. They even took care of me after I was laid off & lost my insurance. Plus the Harry Potter store is next door, you can’t go wrong.
