(Michael Pasquale, Newfane NY, Wisdom Teeth Removal) Wonderful place. Came in for my consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed, and had my surgery scheduled in less than a week. I was given everything I could need to have a speedy and easy recovery, and Dr Nigalye did an incredible job, surgery sites looked great 1 week post op. Entire staff is super friendly and very professional, and I was given help on understanding payment and signing up for a payment plan.

I recently visited this oral surgeon’s office and had a very positive experience. I have quite a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental procedures, so I was feeling especially nervous about my upcoming treatment. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed about what to expect. Their calm and compassionate approach made a big difference in helping ease my anxiety. I’m very grateful to the entire staff for making what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more manageable.

I saw Dr Nigalye for a surgical procedure. My surgery went very well with a successful outcome, which was so important to me as no other doctor in Buffalo was willing to take on my case. But he also had an incredible bedside manner. Dr Nigalye and staff members Kendra and Ashley, were there with me every step of the way. If I needed anything his team made himself immediately available for me. I highly recommend Dr Nigalye.

They were very nice & helpful. I have some medical issues so there had to be special accommodations to the surgery and the Doctor was very understanding. Great experience, it went as smoothly as possible. Also, Miss Mary Lisa is the GOAT (greatest of all time) and should be paid top dollar. I’m her biggest fan she is exceptionally kind and helped me during the set up of the surgery.

My daughter’s recent tooth extraction was a success, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Dr. Nigalye and the entire staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived for her first appointment through the follow-up call after surgery. I especially loved the music and overall vibe of the office—it felt very calm and relaxing. My daughter’s favorite part was the comfort menu, which helped her feel more relaxed during the process, and of course, the take-home ice cream was a huge hit! 😊 The nurses were wonderful and made sure we had clear post-op care instructions, and they even called afterward to check on how she was doing. They truly thought of every detail to make what could have been a stressful experience feel comfortable and positive. Highly recommend! 10/10 experience!

Dr. Nigalye and his staff are fantastic. I had to have some dental work done and was referred to him by my dentist and couldn't be happier. He was very thorough and really made me feel comfortable with the decision that I was making. After surgery he called to make sure that everything was good and let me know that if there were any problems to call. Dr Nigalye and his staff make you feel at ease and very comfortable. Referred by primary dentist for an extraction. I was a very anxious patient but his staff was so comforting. His clinical staff stayed with me through the procedure to reassure me.
