This office processes insurance 9 months after the visit. The individual that performed the cleaning was rough and really rude. Not a place I would recommend.

I HATE going to the dentist, even for a routine cleaning. This visit, I had to have extensive dental work done--there are not enough words to praise Dr. Pruett and his amazing staff! Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Pruett is such an expert- I feel so blessed to have found this dental practice. He explains everything as he works on your teeth. He is comforting and very knowledgeable. He is the best and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent, gentle, anxiety-free dental experience.
I had to have a filling replaced. Dr. Pruett explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and took his time to make sure the experience was pleasant. I am newer to the area and can’t say enough great things about the practice. The staff are all very friendly and the office is super clean. They are always on time or early to take me for my appointment and follow through. Really impressed and I will continue to go see Dr. Pruett!
I called to make an appointment and I was on hold for 10 min. I had to hung up because I need it to returned to work. Then I went for my appointment and the hygienist did not do her job right. She kept recommending a special cleaning and she didn't even asked me if it was ok with me. She didn't even polished my teeth. I went to the front and told them and they had to get someone else to polished my teeth. I really like this dentist but lately little things have been happening. I used to see Dr. Pruett every visit and now I hardly see him.
From the moment I walked into the office I felt peace. You don't always experience that everywhere. The staff is friendly and the service was outstanding. Dr. Pruett knows his stuff and he explains everything to you as you are going through a procedure. This was one of the best dentistry appointments I have ever had. Thank you Dr. Pruett and all the office staff!
Dr. Pruett is the best dentist I've ever had. He's very good at explaining the situation in a matter of a fact way without being judgemental or rude. He tries to come up with creative solutions to big problems to make them easier for us to get done. I came in needing a lot of work and everyone here has been super friendly and accommodating. This was the first office where everyone remembered my name and didn't make rude comments about the quality of my teeth.
