Night Dental

Trully horrendous. I made an emergency appointment and paid online. A few hours later I got a call saying the dentist i chose was not available and could I come in later to be seen with another dentist. I said the time was inconvenient and requested a refund. That was 3rd July. I'm still waiting for my refund. They have come up with so many excuses to prevent paying back my refund and the current one is that it is in the hands of the finance department. I have also written and phoned them but they have stolen my money. Do not trust them. I'm getting my money back from the bank and even lodged a formal complaint with them that they ignored. They are very good at responding to bad feedback but not their own emails. Never again. This dentist is worst experience ever and flour professional conduct.

Avoid if you value your time and your money.

Would not have received a better service if I had gone to Harley Street. All the staff at the Huddersfield branch made me immediately feel at ease and relaxed during the extraction. Well done to all.

My experience from start to finish was great. having been to other similar clinics in Birmingham & surrounding, I appreciate the care and attention I received at Night Dental. It seems to provide genuine care and thoughtfulness rather than a cash grabbing business like many others. the receptionist & all staff goes the extra mile to ensure every patient is looked after, i will be returning.

Absolutely great staff. Had my wisdom tooth removed by Dr Nisar and nurse Fakhra who were both very helpful. As a nervous person the procedure was over before I knew it. Pain free and quick and he was happy to answer all questions and concerns I had. 100% recommend

Took there time and made me feel comfy as heckkk. So i really appreciate that. I honestly cannot thank this out-of-hours dental service enough. I was seen late at night in severe pain, and from the moment I arrived, the care I received was exceptional. The dentist was calm, reassuring, and incredibly professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel manageable. The extraction itself was handled with real skill and care, and I felt completely looked after throughout. A special thank you as well to the dental nurse, who was so kind and attentive during the procedure. They made sure I was comfortable at all times and offered such a reassuring presence, which really helped keep me at ease. I also want to give a special mention to the gentleman on reception. I didn’t catch his name, but he truly made a difference to my experience. He was friendly, welcoming, and even kept my husband entertained while I was having my procedure, which meant a lot to both of us. That level of care and attention doesn’t go unnoticed. Considering this was an emergency, late-night appointment, the level of compassion, efficiency, and professionalism shown by the entire team was outstanding. I left feeling relieved, cared for, and genuinely grateful. Thank you all so much for your help—you made a difficult situation so much easier.

My third visit and Dr Namaan was absolutely the best so far I met . Easy to talk to and very informative. Thank you for the service Faazis at the reception. Very friendly service.
