I have nothing but good and amazing things to say about coming here. My dental hygienist Shannon is always amazing and Dr. Kratser is the best dentist I’ve ever had.

At Nine Eagles Dental Care, the whole office, staff, cleanings, and Dr. Kratzer, are amazing, professional and very friendly! I’m glad to have found of the best dental practices I’ve been to yet!

I am so glad I found Dr. Kratser! So many dentists these days seem to be focused on nothing but a hard sell of visalign and crowns. She talks to me about my concerns, and clearly explains my most reasonable options. I feel like I am respected and that my dental health is in good hands at Nine Eagles!

Nine Eagles Dental Care is the best! I have not had this thorough of care in the 3 other states I have lived in...NY, NJ, CT. Medical Advantage Plans are accepted. All staff, including front desk help, are very friendly and professional.

Very poor service and outrageously expensive. They offered a $1 X-ray promotion, but then quoted me $420 for a tooth extraction. That price is absurd. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to get people in the door. For uninsured patients, this place is simply unaffordable. I cannot recommend it. ★☆☆☆☆

I had gone to a previous dental office for seven years and never once had a cavity or major dental issue. After switching to this office two years ago, it seems like every single visit has come with recommendations for increasingly invasive and expensive treatments — multiple cavities, bonding, sealants, root canals, crowns, and more. The constant upselling became concerning, especially when many of these issues seemed to appear so suddenly despite consistent dental care and hygiene. Wanting peace of mind, I sought a second opinion from another dentist, and they did not agree with the majority of the proposed treatment plan and advised being very cautious before proceeding. I understand that dentistry can involve differences in professional opinion, but patients should never feel pressured into extensive treatment without confidence that it is truly necessary. Unfortunately, my trust in this office has been significantly damaged. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to major or costly dental work here.
