If I could have given minus 5 I would! After being sent here by NHS 111 for an emergency appointment I can honestly say it was the worst experience of a dentist I have ever had. Upon seeing the dentist I was allocated I made sure he was very aware I was 19 weeks pregnant to which he still insisted (bullied me into as he was just going to leave me in pain if I refused the xray) So I asked for a lead apron to protect me baby. He sniggered and said we haven’t used those for 20 years….massively reassuring as you can imagine. My midwives and husband went ballistic and have asked me to sue which I am still contemplating. So anyway, I was xrayed and he told me he was going to drill the tooth and remove the nerve. He was so rough he cut my lip and bruised my lip from slipping and accidentally punching me. I left feeling traumatised and really upset. Within 20 minutes the pain was back. I was screaming in pain. My husband paid for me to go private and they said the tooth didn’t need drilling as I had an abscess. They put me on antibiotics and a week later it came back! My private dentist saw me again, safely x rayed me with a lead apron (clearly still in use by reputable and professional dentists) After reviewing my x ray my dentist was horrified to see that the NHS dentist I saw at this practice had drilled far too deep and cracked my tooth right into the bone!!! It was an immediate extraction by my dentist which has since been a success. Avoid this cowboy practice at all costs. They have no care or compassion and clearly don’t give a crap about your unborn baby! Selfish horrible dentist he was. We are looking into a medical negligence claim. Please just take it from me, do not attend this dentist, you are treated as a number or an inconvenience, not as a human being!!!

Just had a cosmetic stain removal process at Seven Dental with Mr Shaheen. Brilliant dentist, and brilliant results. Really impressed with his patience and willingness to explain things. Also, helpful and cheerful staff 😊🙏

Dr Ahmed Haider is an exceptional dentist. He is always welcoming, kind, understanding, helpful, and highly professional. He genuinely takes the time to listen to his patients and makes them feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Recently, my mum had a new set of dentures made by Dr Ahmed Haider, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They fit perfectly and are by far the best dentures she has ever had. The quality of his work and attention to detail are outstanding. We are extremely grateful for the excellent care and would highly recommend Dr Ahmed Haider to anyone looking for a skilled, compassionate, and dedicated dentist.

My children had a very pleasant experience at this dental clinic. Mr Shaheen was very patient in explaining everything and had a very gentle approach. The assistant was also very helpful and friendly. My children felt completely at ease and was not afraid at all. As a parent, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided here.

My dentist is Dr Anisa Ali, she and her assistant are alway so nice and friendly, Dr Ali is always very understanding to my other ongoing medical condition and alway work around that and spend time giving me advice. To be honest all the staff are very nice compared to my previous dentist (Cavendish dental). Thank you for the great service

We’ve been coming here for years, and Dr Anisa Ali is brilliant! Patient, kind and is always thorough. We always have a family appointment and it’s great that we can be seen all together - it definitely helped the children when they were young to know the dentist wasn’t a frightening place to be. We have always found the dental assistants and receptionists to be lovely and helpful too.

Dr Anisa Ali has been our family dentist for over a decade, and she is exceptional. She is incredibly patient, compassionate, and skilled, especially with children, patients with disabilities, and those with dental anxiety. She takes wonderful care of our entire family’s teeth, including, with great seriousness and kindness, the teeth of our triplet daughter’s own triplet dollies. We are deeply grateful for her care, patience, and consistency over the years.

My four children (ages 15, 11, 9, and 6) had a dental appointment today at Seven Dental Derby. They were very scared at first, but Mr. Shaheen and his assistant were incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with them. Mr. Shaheen explained every step of the treatment in a calm and friendly way, which helped my children feel comfortable and relaxed. His assistant was also very kind and explained everything patiently. Because of their wonderful care, my children had a very positive experience and are no longer afraid to visit the dentist. They provide excellent service and truly care about their patients. I highly recommend this dental clinic and gladly give them 5 stars!

I would like to share my feedback regarding my son's dental appointments. Mr. Kay is amazing — he is very calm and patient. At the beginning, my son was very afraid to see the dentist, but Mr. Kay’s approach made him feel comfortable and safe. By the second appointment, my son was much more cooperative and relaxed. Now he actually likes to meet Mr. Kay, which shows how well he connects with children and how professionally he does his job. I would also like to thank the receptionist for being very helpful with booking appointments and for always making sure to remind us one day before. Overall, it’s an amazing team effort. Excellent experience at the dental clinic. The reception and assisting staff were very polite and professional. Miss Hasbi is an exceptional dentist. Her professionalism, kindness, and gentle manner truly stand out. She explains everything clearly and makes patients feel calm and comfortable. Her caring attitude creates a very positive and reassuring environment. Highly recommended. God bless her.
