North Florida Oral & Facial Surgery

I had such a great experience with this office from start to finish. I was honestly nervous when I first heard the cost of having all four of my wisdom teeth removed, but one of the ladies at the front desk recommended that I sign up for a dental savings plan. That recommendation ended up reducing my total cost by more than 70%, and I’m so incredibly grateful she took the time to tell me about it. After my surgery, I had an issue during my recovery, and they had me come back for a follow-up appointment at no additional cost. They treated my concern seriously, took great care of me, and made sure everything was healing properly. Everyone in the office was kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about their patients. I truly appreciate everything they did for me and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. Thank you all so much!

This office is beyond amazing! I had been stressed over the entire situation of my son losing a permanent tooth after an accident. The front desk staff was super polite, we were able to get in quickly and finances were exampled thoroughly. The provider was detailed, patient, and super nice. Would recommend this facility to EVERYONE!!

Great experience, everyone’s so friendly, welcoming and professional. Doctor did an awesome job pulling impact wisdom tooth, the whole process only took 30 minutes for everything, I was terrified prior to the surgery, but everything went beyond amazing, very happy with them. Many many thanks!!!!

I wish I would have taken some photos! :) The whole team here is fantastic! Great service, great attitudes, and great overall experience. I was more than a bit nervous, but Dr. Sklenicka and the whole team went out of their way to keep it light and smooth. The whole process was much faster than I thought. (Its much quicker if you do your paperwork and registration online before you get there.....like I did not do. :) Pro Tip.) I have no issues going back there again. :) lol if needed. Easy place to get to, plenty of parking, and nice location. Entire facility was very clean and well presented. That matters to me. :)

Needed 4 impacted wisdom teeth extracted and had a great experience here. The nurse (I think) that set me up for the procedure and post-op was so lovely and made me very comfortable! The surgery and healing went very smooth, no complications and minimal pain and swelling. I would definitely trust Dr.Sklenicka again if I ever needed another extraction. The front desk staff was very nice the whole time as well!

Went in today at 9am to have 3 wisdom teeth surgery removed due to them being impacted. The staff was great since day one. I arrived on time was greeted by front staff. I was really anxious, but they answered all questions. Dr. Farrell was wonderful, reassuring and professional! Truly it all went well. Highly recommend! My time spent was a great experience. All was done well and quickly. It is a week and a day after my extraction and I am in good shape! Amy was very helpful and comforting, I really appreciated that. The Dentist also did a fantastic job. Great bedside manner he performed my extraction quick and efficiently. Thank you very much! I would highly recommend their office. Easy to find and park at their location.
