I had Invisalign treatment here for nearly two years and was later told I needed to start a new treatment plan and be charged as if I were a new patient due to a miscalculation in the number of aligners needed. Throughout treatment, I repeatedly raised concerns about discomfort and changes in my bite, but my concerns were dismissed. I am now dealing with jaw pain that I never experienced before starting treatment. I wish I had never gone in for a treatment because now I’m stuck with this pain. I would definitely consider other options before committing to treatment here.

Dr Hinton is awesome ! He is genuine and someone you can trust with your orthodontic treatment. He's a perfectionist which you want for someone straightening your teeth. I love that he treats me as one of his family members. He is an honest , decent and caring individual. I highly recommend Dr Hinton !!!

I would recomend Dr Hintin 100 percent to anyone looking for a great orthodontic Dr. He is very professional, respectful, and smart. I appreciate that he would listen to my treatment concerns give and me feedback and create an alternative approach sometimes to help with the process of orthodontic treatment.

Dr Hinton was great in finishing my treatment! He was super attentive and did so well correcting small details I wanted fixed. I came to North Phoenix with a bad experience from a previous orthodontist company, but they really changed my fear of trying to achieve a good smile. It was such a positive environment and they did so well with ensuring that I was content with my smile.

I've had a horrific experience with this orthodontist. They do not return calls and are understaffed, not picking up the phone. The hours listed on here are incorrect as this team changes office locations at different, changing times, making it hard just to pick up a retainer (I've had to take time off work and just show up here hoping they were there). Their retainer replacement "program" was always confusing at best, and they always treated me as "less than" when I mentioned wanting to cut costs because who can afford this. Now, evidently they're being acquired by "Hinton Orthodontics", and they're trying to charge $650-850 upfront for their new "plan". They're charging nearly $300 per retainer replacement without the plan. This is absolutely criminal what they're doing here. I can't afford massive price hikes. Not to mention they make the retainers incredibly cheap and prone to breaking on purpose so that you have to replace often. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Great experience on obtaining a new smile for my daughter. Very pleased with the results as it was a two year process. Dr. Rush was very thorough on the care and helpful in our dental needs. I really appreciated they allowed parents to go back with child for transparency. The front office (Ryan) staff were always very nice, helpful and professional.
