I joined this dentist along with my 2 children a few months ago. Reception staff are lovely, always happy to help and friendly. At my sons first review he needed a course of treatment and was booked in with Lorna. He is only 9 and extremely nervous of the dentist. Lorna was extremely gentle with him, explaining everything and going at his pace. She treated his baby teeth first then rebooked him in for a filling on an adult tooth, which would require anesthetic. My son said he would only go back if it was to Lorna! We returned for the filling today, I wasnt sure if my son would allow the injection but Lorna and Ellie were superb! They really put my son at ease, again explaining as they went and doing everything they needed to do with so much care and gentleness. Thank you so much, I couldn't recommend enough.

Really happy first appointments. Very quick to get booked in and not long to wait for follow up treatment appointments. Louise and her nurse were lovely and we were made very well at ease. Accommodations made as I am a wheelchair user and it was no trouble for them at all.

It was very easy to book an appointment for my son. All forms were sent through online prior to the appointment for me to complete and text reminders were sent which was helpful. We are not familiar with Connah's Quay and we couldn't locate the practice very well as Google Maps doesn't have the right location (it says it's on the opposite side of the street!). However, we phoned the practice and the receptionist was helpful in directing us. Also didn't know it had a car park! So that will be so helpful next time. The practice itself is very clean, both in the consultation rooms & the reception. The appointment was great - the dentist was lovely and my son felt at ease and she gabe appropriate clinical advice & answered my queries professionally.

I had an excellent first experience at the dentist. Lauren on reception was so helpful and proactive in resolving my children’s appointments, which made everything much less stressful. I then received treatment, both the dentist and the dental nurse was absolutely amazing. I was really nervous, but they were so reassuring, patient, and kind throughout the appointment. They both made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly. A truly positive experience from start to finish — thank you to the whole team!

I've been looking for a new dentist for a while, and really pleased to have found this place. The staff are very friendly and efficient, the dentist was great and the building is spotless inside, with a car park right outside. Milly and Lauren get a particular mention - thanks!

I had my first dental appointment here today and I would highly recommend this dental practice. All staff are pleasant and polite and made my experience today a lot less daunting. I would like to personally thank the dentist Louise and the Dental Nurse Amy for the care and compassion they gave me today during my appointment and all the helpful advice and information I was given to help keep my teeth clean and healthy. I am in awe with the difference in my teeth already after just one visit! Thank you again.
