Don't know much about the dentists as we have only just registered. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, and alot of their reviews are very good.

This is ridiculous. My wife went to this dentist, she told him the problem and yet insisted on the same scans, xrays etc to get this done which she had already had before. She went to the dentist and this proved to be the same, she had one filling done out of two and when I went to get the second filling, they wanted to charge us again for the same thing. The dentist itself is okay, but the milking of customers is unacceptable

Rang to sign my 8 month up to the practice. The receptionist Donna was very friendly and got me an appointment the same day. When we arrived Donna again signed us in and directed us to the waiting room. The waiting room has about 10 chairs but it's down some steep steps. The entrance is small and was hard to manoeuvre around with a pushchair but everyone was friendly and patient. We literally sat down for 2 seconds and was called by the doctor who also was friendly towards us and my baby. Overall great experience. The parking is not great there is a couple outside but was full when we arrived, went to Market Place which is a free card park and that was full, Aldi is over the road and you can park there for 1.5 hours.

Excellent service and extremely helpful, putting in place adaptations for my special needs child without quibble or fuss.

Just finished a long treatment plan with Kenny and the results are spot on! The whole process was completely smooth and painless. Kenny is always so cheerful and talks you through every step. Big thanks to him and the great team of assistants!

Jack is an exceptional dentist, with wonderful people skills that I’ve not found previously. He has an incredible way of putting people at ease before any treatment. His ability to clearly explain your options for treatment, the process, and then keep you informed during the process makes the treatments feel easier and makes me less anxious.

I've been coming here for around a year now. I first came to get a tooth out which was an emergency appointment. I actually turned up in tears because I knew it would have to come out and I have really bad anxiety. However Kenny and his team put me at ease and were so lovely. I got the rest of my fillings sorted as I'd not had a dentist in 5 year so had a bit of work to be done. Everytime i went to appointments they were so patient with me and made me feel comfortable. I then decided I'd love a new smile so I had compisite veneers done on the top teeth. I told him I didn't want them to look like 'turkey teeth'. I would just like them natural as if they were my own teeth. He assured me they would look like how I imagined. We discussed the shade and also the shapes of some teeth I didn't like. He really took his time to make sure the teeth were perfect and showed me throughout to make sure i was happy with the shape snd how they look etc. After only a couple of visits I had my perfect smile. I absolutely love them. I can't thank Kenny and his team enough and for their patience with me throughout. Everyone is so lovely here.

We had such a lovely experience at this dental practice with my three sons. From the moment we walked in, the staff were so warm, welcoming, and reassuring, which made a huge difference the two youngest kids been nervous. The dentist was incredibly patient, gentle, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made my youngest two feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole team made what could have been a stressful visit actually enjoyable, and my three sons left smiling and proud of themselves. It’s clear they really care about children feeling safe and confident during their appointments. I couldn’t recommend this practice more for parents looking for a kind, professional, and child-friendly dentist. Thank you for making my three boys visit such a positive experience!

After being absolutely terrified of seeing a dentist all my life ,my teeth were in a terrible state my husband finally persuaded me to go with him I was seen by a new nurse Sarah she is amazing she talked over every step of the way she is so lovely I have had teeth cleaned also teeth extracted without been put to sleep Wow I can’t believe I did this !!! And for the first time in 30 year I’m not afraid to smile on photos I can’t thank her enough so if anyone has fear of dentist I would highly recommend this dental practice

My recent visit to Northern smiles was a long visit but didn't feel that long as Loki & Katie were constantly talking to me and were very reassuring . Before coming to northern smiles I had a bad experience with another dentist which made me stop going for check ups , resulting in my teeth getting into bad state of repair From the very first meeting with Loki , I was put at ease and everything was explained fully and all the options before continuing with the treatment . I can certainly recommend northern smiles and all their staff from the reception team to the dentist is a very lovely experience . I certainly am not concerned about visiting the dentist any more
