NorthShore Health Centers

NorthShore Health Centers is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare to everyone, including the uninsured and underinsured in Porter, Lake and La Porte Counties. NorthShore currently has seven locations providing medical care. Patients are seen on both a scheduled and walk-in basis. NorthShore Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center which was established to meet the dental and health care needs of residents in Northern Porter County.
