Dr Gidwani is awesome! So is all of her staff! She pays close attention to my needs, explains everything thoroughly, and takes care of every detail. If something is the least bit off, she makes sure to correct it until it's perfect. She's definitely the best dentist I have ever experienced and I strongly recommend her to everyone. Thank you so much to Dr Gidwani and all the people in her office. You are very much appreciated!!
I have received care here several times and all staff members are super kind and very professional. Everyone here is AMAZING. The Dr did awesome on my tooth extraction. They made sure I was comfortable during my procedure, and I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend this dental office and will come here in the future.
I had a great experience with this dentist, assistant Romana, and receptionist Loren. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The visit was smooth, and I felt comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommend.
I’m giving three stars because the staff is professional and accommodating when it comes to fitting you in for appointments. However, I urge patients to be cautious regarding the actual dental care provided. I initially came here for a dental emergency involving a fractured tooth (#14). The provider did an excellent job saving the tooth and placing a crown, and I have had no issues with that tooth since. That said, during the same visit, I was diagnosed with nine cavities, all described as “deep,” despite having no symptoms at all in any of those teeth. Based on that diagnosis, I agreed to have four fillings completed. Unfortunately, I did not have dental insurance for the following six months and was unable to return. During that time, I was extremely anxious, believing my remaining five “deep” cavities were worsening, based solely on that diagnosis. Yesterday, I went to Aspen Dental for a second opinion. They performed three types of X-rays (bitewings, periapical, and panoramic), which provide a much more accurate and comprehensive view than one or two imaging types. The dentist there confirmed—after I specifically asked her to double-check—that I have only two small cavities, both on my lower back molars. I was never shown the X-rays at this office, which is standard practice at most dental clinics. At this point, I am unsure what was seen on the X-rays taken here that led to such an extensive diagnosis. If you come to this office and feel you may be over-diagnosed, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion. Once healthy tooth structure is drilled away, it cannot be restored, and limited imaging can lead to inaccurate treatment plans. I will be requesting my records so my new dentist can review them and determine what was identified on the X-rays taken by Dr. Gwandi’s assistant. If those findings cannot be confirmed, I will seriously consider filing a complaint with the Board of Dentistry. Update: Thank you for your response. I appreciate the clarification regarding the cavities and your willingness to forward my X-rays. I do want to note that when I called your office to request my records, the provider was put on the line to discuss how my review was “unfair.” I found that unprofessional, as I was simply requesting my records. If there were no concerns about the care I received, there wouldn’t have been a need to address my review personally.
During a recent emergency I found this office on Google and I'm so happy I did. The staff took such good care of me. They got me in quickly and were so helpful. Many other dentist offices made me never want to return but this is an office I will be back to for all my dental needs. A true neighborhood office with a personal touch. If you want to be treated like a patient not a just payday give them a chance.
