Excellent practice where the outside was nice but the inside was even better. Dr. Donnarumma is an excellent surgeon! He is very gentle and I didn’t experience any pain afterwards. Highly recommend.
I had a tooth pulled on August 19, 2026. It was a broken off crown between the eye tooth + an implant tooth. I was dreading it. The staff was so nice there + thorough making sure everything was up to date. Dr Glen was so gentle and after numbing the surrounding area + waiting the appropriate time, pulling it out so easily, I asked, "Is it out?" I couldn't believe it. I really didn't have much pain afterwards either. It was a piece of cake. I plan to go back soon + get another problem tooth pulled.
Everyone at Northtowns Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery was extremely friendly and kind. They were knowledgeable and made the medical procedure very easy. I knew exactly what to expect. I also found Dr Donnarumma to be very kind and personable. He went above and beyond for my daughter, even talking to her orthodontist on more than one occasion to ensure that they were both on the same page and that my daughter would receive the best potential outcome. I also appreciated that the office automatically submitted the information to our dental insurance provider on my behalf. Since Northtowns was out of network, I didn't expect them to do this for me. I greatly appreciated them handling the insurance paperwork.
Me and my family have been patients at Northtowns oral surgery for several years now. Each time we’ve been a patient there it’s been a very pleasant experience. From the minute we walk in the door to the final visit it’s very professional and warming. They have the best office staff and medical assistants that make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Donnarumma Is a top-notch professional. I would highly recommend this office
I was very apprehensive when my dentist told me I needed to have a tooth extraction but everyone at the Lockport location was fantastic. They all made me feel less anxious and nervous. Dr Donnarumma did a fantastic job and I didn't have any pain during the procedure or after. I'm hoping to not have to see an oral surgeon again but if I do I would want to see Dr Donnarumma.

I had a tough tooth pulled by Dr. Donnarumma. He is very pleasant. I was extremely nervous as my teeth have been a nightmare all my life. My periodontist had referred me. Dr. Donnarumma got me numbed up and removed the tooth in pieces. I had no pain, no bleeding, no swelling! Everyone at the office contributed to a good experience! And my pain is gone.
