I've been going to Dr. Heggen and Kelly for over a decade now and I love them both so much. Dr. Heggen never tries to convince me to do work unless she thinks it's absolutely necessary and I've never had any issues with the work that she's done and they're both absolute delights to talk to! I always look forward to seeing them when my dental visit comes up!

Northwest Hills Smiles is the best dentist office I have ever been to. My family and I have continued to come for regular check ups and procedures for the last 10 years. Dr. Atassi and Dr. Gupta are fabulous. They alert you to any issues and make suggestions on ways to improve your oral health without needing unnecessary, expensive procedures. The dental hygienists, Kathy and Kelly are just great and really nice. The office staff is detailed and exceptional, The clinic is clean and nicely decorated. I couldn’t recommend them more.
The best dentist and dentist office I have ever been to. The staff is always friendly, professional, and accommodating. Claudia, my hygienist, always greets me with a smile, of course, and a kind word and is always thorough and gentle. Ashley and Dr. Atassi is fantastic at explaining the financial and technical aspects of treatment options and her counsel and craft have significantly improved the health of my teeth. I’d highly recommend Northwest Hills Smiles as your new or next dentist.

Dr. Heggen is a ray of light and the most helpful dentist I’ve ever had. All of the staff is so welcoming and make the entire process so easy! If you’re looking for a dentist in the greater Austin area, you’ll find a perfect one at this office
I have been a patient here for almost 10 years I agree with the other review. The place is just not the same after my favorite dentist and hygienist retired/left. Also they are no longer in network with my insurance which they won't tell you at the front desk proactively when you check in because they are busy with other things (in their words). Make sure you check this properly before visiting or be ready to pay hundreds of dollars for something as simple as teeth cleaning despite having insurance. Which probably I would have paid had the retired staff still been there. In their defense they did send an email. But it was super long and beats around the bush before coming to the point. Who has time to read long emails sent from dentist office in this era of email spamming. I still think the front desk should check insurance and fully disclose the financial implications. Also, I wish the front desk ladies show more empathy towards the patients. Unfortunately for these reasons I will not be returning to this place.
