This is the best dental practice I have ever used. Everyone is very thorough, kind and wonderful. Highly recommend if you are looking for the best!!

Had a great experience. I felt well taken cared for. I have been going for more than 14 years and I can honestly say I love this practice. Cathy was awesome and the whole experience was efficient but thorough. Thank you for a great experience. I go every 4 months.

Just left an appointment with Dr Atassi and her outstanding assistant Cat. Two great women. They spent some time to show me the Xrays so I could first hand see the problems I am having and was very thorough explaining what the next steps should be. Two wonderful and caring women.

I will never go back here. I was told by insurance that this place was in network. Come to find out, it wasn't. My son and I were both serviced for a routine cleaning. (Routine) that was supposed to be free (verified with Aetna and front desk) that ended up in a $500 bill. I disputed the bill numerous times but they stood firm on their robbery. I even made a payment last month. And even though I mailed in a payment, they sent my account to collections. I pay all of my bills on time, but this was the fault entirely of bad communication on their end and the health insurance rep's end. At time of service, I was told routine cleanings were "free with my plan" and they were "in network". I will never use them again, now. To be placed in collections by a company over a $500 bill for routine cleaninhs that I never should have owed, is horrific service. Come to find out, if you continue to go here you also run the risk of surprise bills and credit report issues. I never would have gotten my teeth cleaned here nor my son's cleaned here if I knew the actual cost. And to have them send me to collections despite my recent payment to them is unlawful. Never again. See them at your own risk.

Drs. Atassi, Heggen, and Gupta are outstanding dentists and all the staff at Northwest Hills Smiles are excellent. They are professional, kind, and offer the best in both preventative and acute dental care.

I've been going to Dr. Heggen and Kelly for over a decade now and I love them both so much. Dr. Heggen never tries to convince me to do work unless she thinks it's absolutely necessary and I've never had any issues with the work that she's done and they're both absolute delights to talk to! I always look forward to seeing them when my dental visit comes up!

The staff was excellent in providing for my dental care. I felt safe while receiving proper dental treatment.

Northwest Hills Smiles is the best dentist office I have ever been to. My family and I have continued to come for regular check ups and procedures for the last 10 years. Dr. Atassi and Dr. Gupta are fabulous. They alert you to any issues and make suggestions on ways to improve your oral health without needing unnecessary, expensive procedures. The dental hygienists, Kathy and Kelly are just great and really nice. The office staff is detailed and exceptional, The clinic is clean and nicely decorated. I couldn’t recommend them more.
