They make you feel welcome, this dentist office is a drive for me and I just can’t switch. They explain your treatment plans in detail and work with you any way needed.

Northwest OKC Dental takes great care of their patients. Recently, I showed up more than an hour early thinking I would just get some work emails done in the waiting room, but they worked me in immediately so I was in and out in record time. Customer service is definitely a value at this organization.

Everyone was very kind and concerned. They all put me at ease when I walked in the door. The only problem I have lis that I have a front tooth that needs to be capped. That is why. I went to the dentist in the first place. It was the only thing I was concerned about. But, before I knew it, I had been x-rayed and all things necessary to not get my mouth in shape. I know it needs to be done, but it’s not a priority. The priority is my front tooth being capped. I need to save the money for the full repair.

My daughter went to this office for a cleaning/exam on June 3rd- so about 6 weeks ago. I had been her hygienist until last year- I am no longer practicing, so she was trying this office as it is closer to where she lives and works. She had a complete set of x-rays, cleaning and exam done and was told she had 5 cavities, and the work she needed would cost over $1000. She left there crying because she had never had so many cavities in her life . To her surprise, she received a bill shortly after showing she still owed about $150 for the appt- which, at my office, any out of pocket cost would have been discussed and a treatment plan signed by the patient so they were aware of any money they might owe beforehand.. She had been told by the hygienist that fluoride was covered but was still being billed close to $60 for it.. I encouraged her to call and make an appt at my old office for a second opinion (which was today). When they called here to request her x-rays be sent over, apparently they put her name in wrong and said they had no record of her as a patient, so today my daughter called from the dentist chair and was rudely told by the lady that answered that because she still owed money, they would not send any records over… Folks, this is actually against the law in Oklahoma- and most states- and is a reportable offense to the dental board, which I encourage you to do if it happens to you. But, my amazing former dentist ended up taking x-rays again- and not charging for them- and surprise, surprise, she actually had one cavity that needed filled. Not 5.. And he also fixed a small chip on her front tooth while he was in there. For free. She paid $95. And the best part is that’s how it would have went for any patient at my former office. So there are def ethical dentists and offices that actually care about their patients and are not over diagnosing and treatment planning and holding x-rays hostage.. This office just isn’t one of those..

I have been a patient of Northwest Okc Dental Care for over two years now. They have never disappointed me with any dental procedure that I have had. The kindness and professionalism of all staff members is amazing. I recommend them to anyone that is looking for a new dentist or maybe needing to switch.

Keri, the hygienist, was wonderful in cleaning my teeth with super friendly service. All the staff friendly as well.

The staff is always willing to facilitate the needs of the patient. They’re extremely supportive and very patient. They always go the extra mile when it comes to making sure the patient is comfortable.
